Low Mileage 2004 Mazda Miata Mazdaspeed 1.8L Turbo **** With only ~32,800 Miles**** I bought this Mazdaspeed when it had low 20k miles on it. Since that time it has always been garaged/covered. This Miata is in outstanding condition. You likely already know this model was a limited production turbocharged version. What sets this listing apart from all other Miatas is the low miles, rarity and MANY extras included in the sale with a Buy It Now price. Any offers below the BIN price will not include the extras, just the car itself. If you're serious about this car then you know the Miata legacy and that this model shaves a second off the base models 0-60mph to around 6 seconds. Factoring the other performance modifications, this may be a sub 6 second car now. That said, this is by far the most fun to drive car I've owned, period. That says a LOT! I've owned an M3 convertible when I was younger and while that had great power and handling, this sits lower and grabs like nobody's business in turns and in general. It feels faster than it is and it feels fast. My car is not a stock model MSM. It has been tweaked, but in a very good way. Flyin Miata is known to be some of the best aftermarket parts/kits. Stainless steel components last a lifetime. The rollbars I got last season and just had no chance to put them in. Boss Frog is also known as one of a few leading aftermarket suppliers for the Miata. The double hoop design evokes the feeling of the AC Cobra. To me, this model (NB Second Gen. up to 2005) with the Mazdaspeed body design is the most attractive model released to date. The Hart Racing rims give an aggressive stance to the car. I am a bit sad to be getting rid of her, but I'm moving soon (downsizing) so have to sell a few cars in our family. We started pulling parts out of our car and found that we obtained the best results by changing everything right up to the turbocharger. We also changed the compressor outlet pipe. With the intake, a good exhaust system and our throttle body inlet pipe, a number of customers have reported 200 horsepower at the rear wheels - that`s 33% more than stock! Even more impressive is the gain in torque. The factory boost control gets very confused when a low-restriction intake is installed, leading to a massive boost spike at 5000 rpm. It looks good for peak power but it`s not very friendly to drive. It can also lead to a hard boost cut from the stock computer.
