2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata with 65,869 miles. Leather interior with power windows/locks, mirrors, CD, Cassette and AM/FM Stereo. The interior is immaculate - it truly is in excellent condition. The top is original and, again, it is immaculate. This model has the hard rear window, far superior to the clear plastic on earlier years. Please take a close look at the last two pictures. Just above the drivers side tail-light is a little crease in the body that came with the car. It is, to me, the most offensive of the exterior body wear & tear. The last pic shows the passenger side-view mirror, which was damaged when a coffin (large Halloween prop) fell on it while being put away just last weekend. We were lucky as it just brushed against the mirror as it fell. If it had struck the car, we wouldn't be having this conversation. The electric mirror functions properly but if I were keeping the car I would replace it. Past Life: The previous owners (good friends) bought the car and it eventually made it's way here to Georgia. It was used as an every day commuter while they owned it. If you look closely at the 3rd pic (straight-on view) you can see where it once had a front license plate. The exterior of the car shows the bumps and bruises of being an everyday commuter, though it can only be considered to be in above average condition for it's age - well above average. The combination of low mileage, absolutely excellent interior and above average exterior make this car a winner, and that's why we bought it. Present Life: It has been garage kept and covered while we've owned it and it shows. Our cars are professionally maintained mechanically and cosmetically (we have the maintenance history). For these these pics, I simply uncovered it, rolled it out of the garage, dusted it off and snapped away. It was NOT detailed, cleaned up, spruced up or pimped up just in time to be sold. The way you see it is the result of the way it's lived. Selling: Just like the previous owners, things have changed. They had a baby, car had to go. I bought a Land Rover and my wife (who is always right) says we've exceeded the auto limit. This car is fast, fun and fit. Drive it every day (with confidence) or on occasion, either way you're going to love it.
