We also use licensed and bonded dealers nationwide as well as brokers who possess special salvage bid cards that your average dealer may not have. 2. Do you accept PayPal? If not, why do you not accept it? Unfortunately we do not accept Paypal. We do have alternate forms of submitting a deposit to reserve the vehicle you've recently won such as Direct Cash Deposit or Bank Wire Transfer. Please find all Account and Routing details in the Payment section below We require an immediate Deposit within 24 hours after the auctions has ended. D Can I pick up the vehicle and pay for it myself at the holding facility? Yes, many of our customers happen to choose, that option if they live near buy a particular facility. We do not own the holding facilities, we cannot control employees or how customers are treated at these facilities, if you exercise this option you agree not to post any negative comments on our E Bay account. We simply cannot control these publicly traded auction holding facilities. We are not one in the same. You are also agreeing, if you decide to pay at the facility via bank check, you will not make demands to us for refunds in the event the vehicle is not what it seems to be. We can only process, work on processing, go to bat for our customers who fund our brokers via wire transfer. We offer a premium type concierge service, there are just some customers who are simply never happy and feel they can post comments that do affect the lives of employees and others when sales are deterred just for a few days until we have them removed. Its simply put if you decide to exercise the option to pay at the holding facility with a bank check we simply cannot be responsible for even considering a refund. Please understand we are a marginal fee based company and it is simply not worth it for us to have a negative comment for a few hundred dollars. We are volume based and we simply are not forced to sell you any particular vehicle as we never run out of inventory. We simply have the best deals 24/7. What happens if I arrive at the facility and I see that the vehicle is missing parts, its totally not what it seemed to be in the images, it was tampered with, keys are missing etc.? What should I do? You should immediately contact our offices, speak to a supervisor, then make sure you point out serious damage to a Yard manager. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. Whatever you do, do not pull that vehicle out of the facility if it is not what you want there is not returning it, you own it once it is out of the gate. We can only help you resell it with reserve prices at auctions to come the following weeks at the same facility through our licensed and bonded broker accounts. Is it worth buying salvage repairable vehicles with all these headaches and possible pitfalls? The answer is yes, the salvage industry is a billion dollar industry. People around the world purchase vehicles to rebuild, each person, country, and vehicle is different. Some countries the labor is cheaper so they can pay more, here in the United States certain states have higher labor costs than others. Certain states have stricter rebuilt title laws than others, some states register parts only vehicles when others do not. There is no rhyme or reasoning why a vehicle with light damage has a salvage title and a vehicle with serious damage has a clean title. Over the years we have learned to accept what the insurance companies offer in particular states, what makes sense in one state, does not work in another. You need to understand the process, your state laws, research the cost of parts and labor, then make your decision. We simply offer the best vehicles, the best prices and our customers do turn a profit and buy countless vehicles, whether for a hobby or for a viable source of income. The margins are there and you simply need to be patient more so be able to market your vehicle at a discount once it has finally be repaired. We also offer re marketing for our customers as well, and will help you sell any vehicle. Does the vehicle look like the pictures? Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Please feel free to present our images to a local repair shop to obtain fair and reasonable repair estimates. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! 3. Where is the vehicle? Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. For more information please contact our customer service team at 1-800-436-5851. 5. How long will it take to get a gate release after I have paid for my vehicle? Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. Once payment has been received the insurance company and/or auction will need to process payment accordingly. Once a gate release is issued, the vehicle may be dispatched through our preferred transportation company EZhaul.co or any transportation company of your choice. 1. Can an Insurance Company decide to take back the vehicle after it has been paid for? Yes, this may happen in rare occasions. If for any reason the auction or sale is cancelled, your purchase amount will be refunded immediately. At the same time our inventory is endless where there is always a replacement vehicle to meet your specific needs. 2. If I receive a vehicle and am unhappy with it, will you assist in reselling? Yes, we will be more than willing to assist in finding a holding facility near your location to resell on the market. We have a global audience bidding on these vehicles. Our team will help you find a replacement as well, if needed. Kindly keep in mind, if you are bidding on vehicles we offer, please understand our descriptions are brief and in most cases we are unable to physically inspect all of them. 3. Where do you get your vehicles? Our vehicles are acquired through our insurance company and auction contracts. We also have data agreements with some of the largest publicly traded Insurance Company Holding Facilities and Auctions. Lastly, we purchase and re-market vehicles that were acquired through our cash for cars program as well. 4. Does the vehicle have a clean title? Our vehicles that state "clean title" do in fact possess a clean title status. All others do possess "Salvage" status if noted. Please note, each State has different laws. We strongly encourage buyers to check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles. Most vehicles we market have branded or salvage titles due to accidents, floods, manufacturer buybacks, theft, etc. 5. What form of payments do you accept? We DO NOT accept PayPal. We only accept bank checks, cash deposits or wire transfers.
