I have a beautiful original 1959 Lincoln Mark IVYou will look hard to find another one of these around. You would be extremely lucky to find another in great original condition like this one. This is a #'s matching car with the original 430 engine that runs great and has a ton of power. The original transmission shifts perfect and is very strong as well. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this anywhere after new tires were put on her. All the chrome is in exceptional condition (it is not perfect but very, very nice). It is missing the two Continental emblems off the front sides (previous owner said they were stolen at one point). She has been sitting in a shop most of the last 23 years, but it is not in perfect show condition. It is a very nice weekend driver. All the power windows work except one power wing window is off its track. It has a slight exhaust leek and it needs new tires. I just drove her to Wallace, Idaho for a car show a few weeks ago, and she deservingly received a lot of attention. She is very comfortable to drive and just glides along the interstate. Original seats are in great shape other than a 4'' tear behind drivers back and some sun fading on the top two corners of the drivers seat. Original head liner is in great shape. All four door panels are in great shape. The carpet is in great shape. There are no cracks in the dash. The plastic over the gauges does have a crack down it. Power windows, power locks, power front seat. All the glass is in good condition. Electrical, horn, lights, blinkers, wipers etc. all work as they should. Please remember this is a 1959, not a 2015 Lincoln. Original jack is in the trunk. The underside of this car looks great. The floors are perfectly solid with no sign of rust. I'm guessing this car has been garage kept most its life. Please only bid if you can pay for the car. Thank you This is a very, very nice car!!! Please email with any questions and leave your # if you want a call back. Thanks, KevinTerms of Sale: Upon completion of Auction, a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit shall be sent to Seller within 48 hours. This is a cool car! This car was a 1 owner car, it's in great shape inside and out. It has loads of options, including sunroof, 6 way powered leather seats, cruise, power windows, locks, climate control a/c, and this one is special because it has a Cartier dash that gives you the time. There is no rust I could find. It fires up and runs smoothly. The paint on the top panels is starting to fade, and the passenger side has some minor body damage toward the rear of the car. It's powered by a 460 cubic inch V8 that runs excellent, lots of power. The transmission shifts great as well. It steers and stops well. It rides like a boat out on the water! Now, the bad. The switch for the sunroof just fell, so it needs to be fixed. I'll most likely have it fixed and I know the sunroof works well. The tires are old, they have decent tread but they are old. Overall a very sound car. I am a small dealer that does a few cars here and there you don't see everyday and I am no stranger to helping someone that is not local purchase a car. Please let me help! I do take trades, I don't do financing. Give me a call, or stop by my website! ST Auto stautoutah.com 801-317-4953 office 801-332-9699 text (I only can reply during business hours)

"The 1972 Lincoln Continental. The finest cars built in America" * *Quoted from: http://automotivemileposts.com/lincoln/prod1972lincoln.htm Barn finds are very hard to come by in California but here is one that was driven only 80K miles and according to the previous owner whom is the 2nd owner was driven less than1,500 miles in the past 3 years. Everything is original and works as it should except the driver side rear quarter window does not move up or down all though the motor can be heard, my guess is the regulator is broken. This beauty even has a Cartier Clock which I was told was standard!!! I am just testing the waters at this point since I just found and bought this beatiful and precious car but am willing to sell it for the right price. "In 1972 less than 23% (10,408 of 45,969) of Continentals were Mark IV Also: 1972 was the best sales year for Lincoln since 1966.60 out of the 100 Cadillac owners participating in a test said the Continentals had a more comfortable ride than Cadillac.**Quoted from: http://automotivemileposts.com/lincoln/prod1972lincoln.htm Styling of the 1972 Lincoln Continental Luxury Coupe The Mark IV carried over most styling motifs from the successful Mark III, including the tall, prominent grille, the fashionable long-hood short-deck style, covered headlamps, a "spare tire hump" in the trunk, and the taller, knife-edged fender line. For 1972, close-fitting bumpers dipped in front to allow a longer grille. At the rear, the bumper followed the rounded "spare-tire hump", continuing its lines further down. Both of these styling touches were lost in subsequent years because of Federal 5 mph (8 km/h) bumper mandates; the front in 1973, the rear in 1974. All Mark IVs were equipped with a vinyl roof. The Mark IV introduced the opera window to the Mark series, a feature that would become a Mark trademark until 1984. In 1972, it was an almost universally specified option and from 1973 onward it was standard equipment. All Mark IVs were equipped with the 460 in³ (7.5 L) Ford 385 series V8 engine. 1972 Mark IV's were rated at 365 bhp which drove through a C6 3-speed automatic transmission. The performance-gap between the 1972 and its later-years was significant since in 1973 compression-ratio was lowered considerably due to new changing EPA requirements, and Ford adopted a new SAE method of measuring horsepower, resulting in 212 SAE net hp. "Lincoln might be running away from these cars now, but the Mark IV was a real success story at the time. Lincoln had brought out its predecessor, the Mark III, in 1968, in response to the Cadillac Eldorado. The Mark’s Rolls-Royce grill and fake-spare-tire hump stood in stark contrast to Bill Mitchell’s creased and classy Caddy. By the early 1970s, however, the Eldorado had taken a turn, following Lincoln down the boulevard of baroque. Lincoln, meanwhile, turned up the wattage with the Mark IV for 1972, and sales jumped by nearly 80 percent over theprevious year. The Mark IV sailed past the Eldorado and outsold it every year after. The 1974 brochure humbly states: “The Continental Mark IV is one of the most desirable and most wanted personal American luxury cars of this decade.” It is indeed very much a car of its decade. The 1970s Continental Mark IV is arguably the zenith of the personal-luxury era. In all its long-hood, short-deck, vinyl-top, opera-window glory, in the same way that a '59 Cadillac epitomizes the finned '50s. Ford threw everything it had at the Mark—some of it serious, some of it less so. On the serious side, one can’t help but marvel at the smooth and silent operation of the massive, 460-cubic-inch V-8 engine. The Lincoln Continental Mark IV also offered rear antilock brakes and an electric windshield defroster as standard. Less serious perhaps is the Cartier clock that is as prominent as the speedometer in the instrument panel. The low roof and small windows make for a cozy interior, almost absurdly so, given the hugeness of the exterior." ** ** Quoted from: http://www.automobilemag.com/features/collectible_classic/1405-collectible-classic-1972-1976-lincoln-continental-mark-iv/#ixzz3T9K84fEV Simply put: "The 1972 Lincoln Continental. The finest cars built in America" Additional important details below: -The car has an all original paint chips which gives it Patina and are all shown in the pictures. -Extra set of back glass molding with paint pefect trim included. -OE Paint code is shown in picture. I also will consider classic turn key trades in good condition, attach / email pictures to: [email protected] Luck Koorosh (323)422-4956

"RARE & BEAUTIFUL 1976 LINCOLN MARK IV" 1976 Lincoln Mark IV you see pictured. This particular Lincoln comes with many power options, factory air, 460ci V8. This car is well preserved and still looks beautiful to this day!The Lincoln comes finished in its original color of Light Blue and is accented with a Blue Normandie Full Vinyl Top. The paint is in excellent condition and shows very minimal imperfections to the front of the car, which is typical of a car that’s been driven and loved its entire life. As mentioned, the car is mostly original but it has benefitted from one older repaint. The original vinyl top is equally as nice with no bubbling underneath or tears to the vinyl. The front and rear chrome bumpers still have a great shine to them. The stainless trim is detailed nicely with blue accents and looks great. The doors shut tight and with ease and have good gaps all around them. All of the glass is in good condition with no chips or cracks to be found. This car is equipped with a rear window defroster. This Lincoln has the stealthy hide-away headlights. The original interior of the car is in good condition. Everything is original and functional. The seats are wrapped in white leather and show minor wear from general usage. The carpet is plush, blue deep pile and looks great. The door panels are also white and show no signs of wear or imperfection. The headliner is also white and shows a bit of sag. The dashboard houses the original gauges, which look great. There is a little bit of weathering from age on the top surface of the dashboard, but overall it still shows well. This particular Mark IV came with an AM/FM/Cassette radio and air conditioning.Under the hood, the 460 cubic inch, 4-barrel V8 runs as smoothly as the day it was built, delivering every bit of horsepower it has through the C6 automatic transmission. Everything under the hood is stock. The car goes down the road smoothly, shifts as it should and is a pleasure to drive. It is equipped with power steering & power brakes. The car sits upon a set of 15? wheels with Continental hubcaps that are wrapped in P235/75R15 tires. This is a fantastic Mark IV that has been well preserved and is in running & driving condition. This car would be great a driver to just about anywhere! The car comes with the original 1976 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Owner’s Manual. The VIN is 6Y89A880186 and the mileage currently shows 84,112, which is believed to be original for the car. GET OUT AND DRIVE!!! Beautiful 1976 Lincoln Continental Mark IV / Mark 4 All Original One Owner car with 66K original miles. Car belonged to a family member that has passed away. She is a very sought after White with Red Leather interior model with moon roof, continental kit, opera windows and the original factory dish alloy wheels, not the hub caped steel wheels. She has all power options, Moon Roof, Climate control A/C, 6-way Power driver and passenger seats, cruise control, power windows, power door locks, power antenna, and everything works including the headlight doors and moon roof. Those are also the original floor mats in the pictures. 460 cu. in. engine with automatic transmission. SHE FIRES RIGHT UP AND DOES NOT BURN ANY OIL OR BLOW ANY SMOKE!!! Car has not been registered since 2005 although she has been started and allowed to run every couple of months to keep the battery up and engine lubed and in good condition. Oil has been changed every year even though the only time she has been driven in the past 9 years is to the gas station down the street for fuel. There are a few cosmetic issues like 1970 paint that has some oxidation and is cracking and peeling in a few spots. The vinyl top around the bottom of the rear window is bad in a couple of spots. There is NO MAJOR RUST Anywhere on the car as can be seen in the pictures! All very minor for a 38 year old car. Cosmetically the car is a solid 8.5 to 9 out of 10. Mechanically the car is a solid 10 and runs great with only 66k original miles on her!!! Great classic driver that gets a lot of attention wherever she go's!!! Asking a very reasonable $3990 or Best Offer for her. Email me for more information or additional pictures and include a contact number.
