For an 18 year old car it's in very nice shape. Original paint is in nice shape. Interior is in nice shape except for a tear in the back seat (see pic), and the plastic shroud on the driver seat has broken away (easy fix). The car rides and drives very well. This is SO much car for the money--a really sweet luxury ride that was way ahead of its time and still provides safe, comfortable, reliable transportation. It's a true "hot rod Lincoln."The ONLY reason I'm selling is that I have three other cars--something's gotta go! The car currently has 164,xxx miles, mostly interstate, and it runs and shifts smoothly. Virtually everything works as it should--even the neon tail light--with one exception: The heater blend door controller is inoperative. The A/C blows cold and the heat is hot, but I currently adjust them manually. I have a brand-new replacement blend door controller, which goes with the car. The interior is in excellent condition otherwise. The only other flaw is the driver's cup holder, which is broken. A new replacement goes with the car and can easily be installed when the console is removed to repair the blend door. Upgrades include coil spring conversion, Dynomax V/T mufflers, and 18-inch MSR rims with 245/45R18 Continental Extreme Contact summer performance tires A hand control is currently installed (owner is disabled), but it will be removed at the time of sale. Clear title in hand. Delivery or shipping options are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. The vehicle is located in north-central Georgia, convenient to Atlanta. 1989 lincoln mark vii lsc Black 88,000 Low Mileage This car runs great. Recently I have only been able to start the car in neutral. As soon as I put it in reverse it stalls. When I put it in drive it runs. I'm not sure what's wrong with it and I'm not a mechanic. The interior needs some work. The alarm works and the key code works. Lincoln Mark Vii LSC CLEAN CARFAX! 3 Owner Car Here for sale we have a 1990 Lincoln Mark Vii LSC. It has the High Output 5.0 from Ford. 99% original as the cd player and exhaust have been upgraded. The car has a few small problems. They are all posted in pictures and the description. The speedometer, Temp, and Fuel Gauge are not working. When loading the car off the trailer the rear tire caught and is now cut up and needs to be replaced. The Odemeter is at 87K miles actual mileage according to carfax is 98K miles. Few imperfections in the paint, one fog light is cracked and there are two rust spots in the trunk. Other than that the pictures speak for themselves. Has INCREDIBLY extensive service records that will come with the car as well as the original window sticker showing retail price at 31K. car went from Wisconsin to Florida to Maryland and is now in my hands for sale. Have Copies of the Florida title as well as pictures of the car in Florida and currently has a clean Maryland Title. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! I will say again. 20+ pages of service records. The amount of paperwork that comes with this car is ridiculous. It was babied all of its life, used as a weekend car and very well taken care of. I am a Mark VIII driver and bought this for my cousin with the agreement I would get my momey back in a week did not so Im selling it. I took it to mechanic and look it over and very nice car runs great. Trans and motor smooth. He told me what it needed and I listed it above. I did replace the front struts one was leaking so I replace both.(it was already coverted to coil springs.). and Driver side sway bar link and rear brakes.. The AC works but the heat dont, it the blend door , had it checked, you can cut heat on manually behind glove box. tires are very good except one in back will need replacing soon it has even trad not a lot left.. Inside very clean no rips no littl. wear. The car is very nice the few little sctarches can be buffed out, the bumpers will needed to be repaint for best look. inside very nice. Have heated seats. I tried to list every little thing I know the car its ready to rock and roll. I have an extra switch for wiper that goes with car. It control the wiper and the steering wheel switch. They put the front wheels on the wrong side, they need to be switched. Never had title switch to my name it a clear Texas blue title.

Ford's luxury division seems to have forgotten the cars that made Lincoln great, and there's just no excuse for not having a Mark personal luxury coupe on the showroom floor. The Mark VIII was the last of the breed, and fortunately, this 1998 Mark VIII LSC is a fantastic performer with low miles and exemplary maintenance, so you can satisfy your high performance Lincoln coupe craving without having to settle for whatever sedan they're calling a MK these days. The Mark VIII was a great showcase of Ford's silky smooth 4.6 liter DOHC V8, which gave the LSC the moves of a much lighter car. American through and through, it's big, strong, silent, and capable of eating up vast stretches of highway without breaking a sweat. The LSC (which stands for Luxury Sport Coupe) was ostensibly the most sporty of the bunch, with a firmer suspension, bigger tires, dual exhaust, and a few other niceties to make it feel less pillowy and more aggressive. In truth, they seemed to nail the balance of luxury and sport, creating a car that looks handsome and refined, yet distinctive, and whose performance exceeds expectations. With just under 67,000 original miles, this handsome coupe shows extremely well, with the white pearl paint glowing in the sun and showing very few signs of use beyond a scuff on the front bumper. LSCs like this one got upgraded headlights, a color-matched grille (instead of chrome), and a full-width taillight treatment that includes a neon tube that lights the center section. The tan leather interior is simply gorgeous, with a wrap-around instrument panel that feels very futuristic. The seats show very little wear and certainly no signs of damage beyond some slight wrinkles and even the carpets remain in excellent shape. There's some wood on the center console and a wide instrument panel that houses big, round analog gauges that you can read at a glance. Obviously, as Lincoln's flagship, everything was standard, from automatic climate control with ice cold A/C, to power windows, locks, seats, and mirrors, to a trip computer that monitors, well, just about everything. Cruise control buttons are on the steering wheel and there's a powerful AM/FM/cassette stereo system with CD changer and in the hushed Mark VIII's interior, it sounds amazing. There's also a big trunk that makes road trips a pleasure. With 280 horsepower on tap, the Mark VIII is alarmingly fast, and that DOHC V8 makes a sound akin to ripping silk as it roars towards redline. In truth, there still aren't many cars that are faster on the roll, and punching this car at highway speeds produces an unending stream of torque that hurls the big coupe forward effortlessly. It's properly maintained and if service in Mustang Cobras has taught us anything, it's that this Modular motor is virtually indestructible. The 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission has a knack for always being in the right gear and it just loafs along at highway speeds thanks to tall gears out back. The all-independent suspension was originally equipped with airbags at all four corners, but that troublesome setup has been wisely replaced with coil springs, which preserve the ride and handling but eliminate the headaches. Big disc brakes with ABS haul it down from speed without drama and it's fitted with gorgeous chrome alloy wheels wearing 225/60/16 Michelin radials all around. The last of Lincoln's personal luxury coupes is still a fantastic car, and at this price, you get incredible performance and luxury for pennies on the dollar.
