An Amazing example of a last model year 1983 Lincoln Mark VI Coupe with only 10,950 Actual miles. This Mark VI came out of a large collection just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. It has never been involved in any accidents and comes with a perfectly clean Carfax report which is available upon request. The 302 V8 runs super smooth and powerful and the transmission shifts flawlessly through all gears. It drives down the road so smooth, quiet and comfortable it's hard to stay awake (Slight exaggeration). All power features are working properly including ice cold A/C, power windows with side vents, locks, seats, clock and antenna. All interior and exterior lighting are working perfectly including opera and hideaway headlights which stay fully closed until opened. The original factory AM-FM stereo 8-Track player works and sounds great especially while listening to Sinatra. The Body and paint are in very nice condition and rust free. Factory painted red pinstripes remain all around. The Big & Beautiful Chrome grill shines like Brand New. Beautiful bright white half vinyl roof with signature opera windows. Original Chrome bumpers show a little oxidation but are still very presentable. The original Alloy "Lacy Spoke" wheels are in excellent condition and have 4 new Toyo Whitewall tires. The interior is Truly Outstanding. Nicer than most people's living rooms. Extremely comfortable Garnet Velour Pillow top seats that make you feel like you are in a La Z Boy recliner. Original Allure Carpeting, floor mats, door panels and dash all remain Brand New. The headliner and sun visors were recently professionally replaced due to sagging and look factory new. Anyone who sees this interior is awe struck and silent for a few moments. The 1980-83 Lincoln Mark VI is my favorite in the Mark series. It must be because when I was 13 my father purchased a Black Mark VI sedan and it always made me feel like the son of a King. And now when I drive this, I am the King. I stumbled upon this Limited edition custom Lincoln Mark v about 6/7 years ago in a warehouse in New Jersey One of a kind never seen before such a cool cruiser. it had not run or been driven for years and had only 66k miles . It was used in thanksgiving and christmas parades in New York City the owner told me it was used by the rat pack but had no verification it didnt matter to me i wanted it and shipped it home and changed all fluids and battery, plugs and wires and it started right up. this is not a show car but ready to be one , even though everybody loves it and there is a constant flow of pics being taken. The condition i had a recent enamel paint job done its in the flat stage since a lot of people like this i left it alone. I like a shiny car myself if you hit the buy it now button at $7500 i will have them clear and polish the car it will shine like new . the a/c ,clock ,front headlamp vacuum line and drivers window are inoperable other than that this car runs and drives great like a new baby carriage, so good my wife and i drove it from fla to boston and back what a blast ! 4000 miles no problem I drive it everyday now this is a perfect weekend cruiser or second car and comes with a new waterproof car cover this car does not have a roof think motor boat motorcycle fair weather cruiser i love it but my wife has purchased a new condo in Naples which has no room for my cruiser. Re-listing my 1978 Lincoln Mark V with a lower reserve: Up for auction with a low reserve is my 1978 Lincoln Mark V. Both two front seats were just recovered with gray and red piping. The electronic components on this vehicle are in working order except for the door locks and cruise control. There are no dings or scratches on the exterior of this vehicle. The vinyl top was replaced last year. This vehicle is in GREAT running condition. The exterior paint is metallic silver and gray leather interior which is beautiful. It is obvious that this vehicle has been garaged. The inside of this vehicle is smoke-free. The interior has been meticulously kept. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. The original owner lost the ignition key and replaced the ignition, being said the cruise control and horn buttons are not connected but units are operational. The original speedometer at 102,000 was replaced with another with 65,000. Actual mileage is 103,000. The transmission in this vehicle still shifts smoothly. This vehicle has no prior collision damage. With only two previous owner, this 37 year old automobile is ready to go. Ice Cold Air. The tires are in excellent condition with a 2 inch white wall and have about 90% of the tread life on original silver turbine 15" rims. This car is a driver. Non smoking adult driven.
