PICK UP ONLY I was involved in a collision on New Year's. My car insurance has valued my car at $4,437 with 167,000 miles. Why? I've invested over $2500 in upgrades which helped my cars value. This is a super clean Lincoln. I purchased with just under 25000 miles and now coming on to 36000. I wanted to enjoy, but to sell while miles were still low. This has all new michelan tires including matched spare. Was converted to r134 a/c. New master cylinder, both front new calipers, center exhaust from Y to muffler. I had the geek squad put in new sirus radio with bluetooth for phone use. Currently there is an issue with that with intermitted power issue. Will be a covered item. Only other issue with this car is the glove box vinyl has waves in it. Rear seat shows as if never sat in. fuel saving 5 liter. I drove to FL and averaged 18 mpg plus depending on how hard I was rolling. Power everything.

Beautiful car in superb condition, inside, outside, and underneath. Less than 19,000 miles, two owners, and with a fresh high quality repaint in the correct original color. Most miles were accumulated from 1977 to 1979, after which the car was stored. It was sold as part of the original owner's estate sale in 2009 when I acquired it. The paint was heavily oxidized, though absolutely zero rust damage occurred anywhere, and a thorough driver restoration has been in progress since 2012. It is now finished, beautiful, reliable, and ready to drive anywhere, any time. The body was disassembled, all glass out, all trim removed, and completely stripped to metal in preparation for a quality repaint in its original Dark Cordovan Metallic color. Bright work has all been polished, several parts replaced with NOS or NOS-quality. Undercarriage was cleaned, sanded, and brush painted with POR-15; not concourse correct (that would mean a lot of bare steel) but all will be black, clean, shiny, and serviceable for a very long time, instead. Floors are all perfect and were left original, untouched. All looks great together. The interior was completely removed and the carpet cleaned, high density floor padding/insulation was added. Power window and seat mechanisms were thoroughly cleaned and re-lubricated. Engine accessories all removed and refurbished, partially repainted (drive train was not removed, no need). New true dual exhaust with H-pipe, battery and alternator, tires, belts. . .more. Hoses with stapled wire clamps and numbered ignition wires are original and very nice. Work remaining includes the radio; FM gets static only, AM works fine. I will provide a working AM/FM Quadrasonic 8-track unit, which is a correct factory upgrade. The passenger side mirror is difficult to adjust, working on that. That's it - everything else is in great working condition including the Cartier clock, all windows (with optional power vents), all 6-way adjustments on both seats, power locks, all gauges, etc. Air conditioning blows ice cold with the completely original R-12 system, no modifications done since new. Recently completed a 600 mile round trip over a weekend, with zero issues. Body, paint, chrome, trim, mechanicals, accessories -- all superb. Runs, drives, stops, turns, perfectly. The only interior flaws are few signs of age/wear in the leather, but overall is also excellent. Let me start out first by stating that this car is being listed for a friend and I (strits65) DO NOT own the car. Any comments or concerns are to be directed to Steve @ 262-391-776nine. Here is a 1954 Lincoln capri two door. As you can see this would be considered a project car. It is in bare metal at this time and one can see what has been done or needs to be done. I will say that looking at this car in person that it has had alot of the metal work done to aid in the restoration process. The owner is a 30 year veteran body man and customizer and has done the work thus far. It has been nosed/decked,shaved handles and locks have been done and the trunk is smoothed and opened via a remote trunk lock cable that can be hidden under the car. The underside of the car is solid and any soft areas have been cut out and re worked with patches as needed. The car was originally red with a white top and red/black interior. It was equipped with power steering,seat,and power windows. It has a running 317 engine that has been wired to hear run (car itself would need a full harness) and idles with 30 lbs of oil pressure sounding great through single exhaust. Car comes with a new aluminum radiator, brake and fuel lines. Car has an auto trans dual master cylinder and would need some front brake shoes and spring kit to make it a driving car. When car is on the ground it has a great stance and is lowered by 3" with blocks in the rear. Car has '56 olds caps on it on good deep tread 7" whitewalls. Beside the exterior mods that have been done, there was one side that was made to incorporate some '52 mercury side trim. It was done to look as if the molding entered the quarter panel. The other side was left with no trim if one would want it one way or another. There is no rear window for the car or tail lamps (the bases are with the car along with alot of other parts). Also included are some convertible parts as shown in the photos along with spare trim and front bumper. Car sold as is where is and is located in waukesha wi about 120 miles north west of milwaukee. Car would need to be picked up on a trailer and no delivery provided by owner.

bought it a couple months ago. was a very clean car, interior was like new. owned by a little old lady that was scared to drive it in the winter. planned on using it as my summer cruiser, put on new plug wires had the trans oil changed then i got run in to. my loss is your gain. fix it or use the low mile drivetrain for your project. pick it up in oshkosh. it moves yet, but not like it did before the crash as the right suspension was moved back a little.
