I am the second owner of this 1989 Lincoln Town Car, good drive train, new master cylinder. Dual exhaust in goodcondition, Trailer-hitch with two inserts, 2"ball and 1 7/8" ball. Car came equipped with transmission cooler. All four tires are about seven months old. New Control-Arm bushingsand front end alignment two years ago. Although this car will bereliable transportation, it is more of a project car due to these punch-list maintenance items:1989 Lincoln Town Car VIN: 1LNBM81F0KY786400Maintenance Punch-list items: #1. Radio does not play#2. Also, all speakers need to be replaced#3. Cruise Control does not function#4. Heater puts out almost no heat, a Ford $75+ plasticauto thermostat needs to be replaced, takes ten minutes,must unscrew and lift the dash cover and install above the glove box #5. Auto-fan speed on A/C does not function (fan works at different speeds per using manual switch).#6. Front seat in driver’s position needs immediate re-upholstery.Tear on front seat beginning on passenger side.#7. Left rear door does not open from outside as latch-linkage hascome apart. Requires removal of interior door skin to access.#8. Right front door needs skin removed and re-aligned linkageto correct binding that prevents this door from locking.#9. Left and right rear doors need interior skin removedto replace both window regulators and to replace lock solenoids.#10. Trunk auto-cinch motorized latch needs to be replaced. Have been using trunk with customary manual key access/unlock.#11. Cloth-skin on headliner has been removed (usually goes unnoticed). Has a straight-frame and tracks and steers straight down the road.Quality alignment performed about two years ago.Only two visible dents, (1). where a shoppingcart hit the left front fender and a small crease (dent) in the rear bumperPhotos of the dent and crease will be posted todayjust right of center. Although this is a project car, with the new master cylinder installed, you could drive across the U.S. from Atlantic tothe Pacific Ocean and expect to make it there with no problems. New Radiator about three years ago. Replaced the Power Steering pumpfive years ago, replaced the starter five years ago, replaced the steering-boxthree years ago. Just installed a new battery, replaced water-pump three yearsago. Receipts for maintenance. I have clear Title in-hand.
