Beautiful well maintained and cared for Lincoln Continental . This car is in very good condition for its age . Paint is original and shines well . and as far as I can tell its never been hit .all paint is the same .lines are straight and all gaps between doors are perfect . , has a couple small scratches here and there . not bad for its age . . Interior is original and has some wear in Drivers seat . The trim on the interior is in excellent condition . the car sits on 4 new BF Goodrich tires . all 4 rims were removed sandblasted and painted . Not that it needed it but due to its age I went through the whole front end of the car . so now car can be driven with confidence . I replaced upper and lower ball joints , upper and lower control arm bushings ,stabilizer bar bushings . both coil springs and rubber seats . and strut arm bushings ,replaced all 4 shocks. all front end parts were painted while they were off . front end looks new as you can see in pictures . with 55,858 miles on it the engine runs perfect I rebuilt the original Carburator and replaced fuel pump . all heater core hoses and radiator hoses were replaced . installed new insulation under the Hood , Transmission and oil pan gaskets were replaced . Replaced both motor mounts , replaced valve cover gaskets and painted covers while they were off .Replaced timing chain and both gears due to age not wear .removed steering pump relaced all seals and painted while it was off . replaced thermostat and gasket .replaced both front wheel cylinders and brake shoes . Please note I replaced all these parts so this car can be driven anywhere not because they were no good . The exterior of car and under side of car is in unbelievable condition exhaust is good . . there is no rot or rust on car . all windows and cigarette lighters work .Yes this car has original cover over spare tire also .I see a lot of these cars listed on e bay and feel this car is in very good condition so bid with confidence you will be getting a solid sound car .You can buy this car or you can spend 40 K on the other car like mine on e bay .
