We double check at make sure that at time of sale there are no OBD2 Codes and no Check Engine light on the dash, but we replace sensors on used Toyota trucks all the time, we do not guaranty oxygen sensors or foreseen emission control of the vehicles, sensors can go anytime. It would be your responsibility to change an oxygen sensor if it fails. That is considered a wearable part like brakes, rotors and oil change. We warranty for 30 days drivetrain that include such items as engine, transmission, rear end and 4WD (if applicable) to be working with no issues.
