It is a Lexus. Drives and feels excellent!. New Michelin Premier A/S tires, newer hood struts (holds the hood up), newer front windshield (due to a little rock chip), new air filter, new cabin filter (the charcoal one), new air/fuel sensor, and more. Had 33 entries on CarFax and that did not include the timing belt at 49,500 miles (very early), the original owner took it in every 6 months for oil changes, from 650 miles to about 2500 miles, had new rear struts and a lot of dealer "suggestions" done all at the Lexus dealer in Santa Monica. I usually do the oil change at 3 thousand miles. Throttle Body and injection cleaned, a few plastic fasteners replaced, little things to show the car some love. A few extras go with the car. Sure it has the normal scratch and door dings for its time, super low miles makes it a worthwhile investment due to being 1/4 the price of a new one and having about 1/4 of the usage with lots of enjoyment left! That is the basics, I bought it for 10.6k about 3 years ago to take the folks to Las Vegas, shopping etc., I had 3M Ceramic tint done to keep them cool. Dealer said they would buy it back for what I paid up to 100k miles. (3 different managers at the dealer wanted this car due to knowledge of upkeep). I have seen these on the lot with Lots more miles going for $9695 and sold. I usually drive one of my trucks, naturally being a over 55 guy, I bought a trailer, my old truck is not for pulling so I want a 3/4 ton truck to pull it, TRADE for early Dodge D250 or 2500 possible so feel free to say something. Those interested in a trade, I have a suite of 14 Olaf Wieghorst lithographs with triple matting, Indians, trail settings and cowboys, was shooting for 25k a while back, so if you like cowboys and Indians, and a Lexus for a higher dollar truck, feel free to call. My buddies think I am "off" for selling this car, they say sell the 83 Toyota Hilux and the 84 Chevy step side for a bigger truck, I say another truck on this 5 acres will suit me just fine.
