Wife and I purchased the car new from "Lexus of Mobile" It was a special order because we wanted the safety of all wheel drive because of the rain and slick roads in Mobile ,AL. It has a 5,000 lb trailer hitch that has NEVER been used. We just had new 16" Michelin Radial tires installed and purchased the road hazard warranty. All the service has been done at Lexus of Mobile. They can print out the service history if requested. We have never had any mechanical problems with the car since purchased. We also purchase the "Auto Butler" paint protector that cleaned and siliconed the paint ever 6 months for the first 3 years after purchased. The car has been parked inside a fully enclosed garage since purchased when not in use.When my wife goes to the shopping mall she parks the car way out from the store so it will not get any door dings. She has allowed me to drive the car no more than a dozen times and then only when she was in the car with me, honestly The car has NEVER been through a car wash and no one has washed it but my wife and she hand washes it to keeps it clean. We have got to find a new home for the very well cared for Lexus because my wife has ordered a new E 400 Mercedes coupe. If she was going to stay with a suv we would have purchased another 400 H. O yes, My wife has never allowed anyone to smoke,eat, or drink in her car. No kids, no adults, and no husbands. Please e mail with any questions.
