I do believe I have the factory springs as well. -The exhaust is not loud at all. It gives a low grumble that is hardly heard in the car. At first I was disappointed and was hoping for more, but it compliments this car perfectly. -I hate to see this car leave, but we bought an SUV and this one needs to go to a new owner.
