Bought it with 5000 mile Lexus Certified . All dealer serviced at Lexus dealership since bought in in 2011. This is my 6th Lexus and i'm going back to an SUV and need to sell the car. I've had my fun with it and loved my IS350C but its time to move on . My husband has an LS460. I have all records from day one and had car serviced last week. Brakes had 80% pad left and tires had 50% of tread left on them. Non smoker car with clean carfax. This car new was $54000 and still is. Rides beautifully . Most of the questions I get have already been answered within the following description. I have for sale a 1997 Lexus ES300. The odometer reads 246k miles and reflects the actual mileage of the car. This is a 2 owner car which I bought in Virginia. It runs and drives very well even though it’s a 1997 car with 246k miles. Engine starts first time and idles smoothly. It is smooth and accelerates strongly. I would rate the exterior 8/10 because it has small scratches on the rear bumper and paint chips on the hood. Otherwise it is still very clean. Please see pictures. I would rate the interior 8/10. The interior is really clean. Carpets are clean. No stains, rips or tears. Driver’s seat leather shows slight wear. Other seats are in good condition. The car has 4 matching Lexus floor mats. Power door locks, power windows, air conditioning, cassette/radio player, cruise control, moon-roof & heated seats. All these components have been tested and work well. The car has 2 keys & remotes. The pixels on the radio are messed up but the radio still works perfectly. This car has 4 matching Bf Goodrich tires which are in decent shape. The suspension is tight with no strange noises. The brakes also work well with no strange noise. They have not been inspected for wear though. This car has been cleaned but not detailed. This is a well-cared for older Lexus that runs and looks great. It’s hard to tell it has 246k miles on it. Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me the seller and to other bidders who may want the vehicle. It also wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids at my discretion. 2.2. End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end my auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion. 3. Completing the Transaction 3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way. 3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle. 3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes – please see 3.5, below) within 3 days after the end of the auction. Failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time will cancel the transaction and deposit paid is forfeited. 3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, and cash in person (under $10,000 only). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars. 3.5. Fees and Taxes. 3.5.1. Dealer Fee. I charge a $100 dealer fee, which will be added to all transactions. This includes winning bids, buy it now prices, and best offers accepted. No exceptions will be made. 3.5.2. Sales Tax. 3.5.2.1. Georgia Buyers. I am required to GA Title Ad Valorem Tax (TAVT) which is currently set at 6.5% of the fair market value of the car based on the year , make and model as determined by the GA DOR. You will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly. 3.5.3. Tag & Title. 3.5.3.1. Georgia Buyers. I am required by law to handle your title work. Title work cannot be done in GA without payment of TAVT as specified above. Therefore, GA buyers will not be handed the title as was previously the practice. I will handle all the title work and the GA DMV will mail you a title in your name. You will be provided with a GA temporary registration valid for 30 days while the title work is being done. 3.5.3.2. Out-of-State Buyers. I will provide you with the vehicle's title if available at the time of sale. Most vehicles I sell have the title ready at the time of sale. In some cases, the title may be in transit or not ready. You are however guaranteed a clean and clear title within 21days of the sale. You will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state. 3.6. Exchange Documents and Signatures. There are, unfortunately, paperwork requirements for completing the transaction, which vary depending on whether you are from out-of-state or not. These will be discussed when you contact me initially. 3.7. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. It is frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than it is to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. You pay the shipper directly and are responsible for delivery arrangements. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises.
