RUNS & DRIVES Just taken off the road as it has been replaced with a "younger brother". Front passenger corner is slightly dented (see pics) - I do have another fender (free) Engine knocks like a diesel - like the rest of these... Has a new thermostat and runs with Rotella to quiet down the clicking noise. 3rd row seating, and a very comfortable ride... Does have an oil leak somewhere but I have not made much effort to find it. Brake light indicator has recently come on... not sure what it is all about... Contact me for any other details. Hello and Thank You for visiting my listing of this truly one of a kind, super rare - CAMERON CONCEPTS SUPERCHARGED 1996 Land Rover Discovery. The factory authorized supercharger was installed when the truck was new. The supercharger kit was specifically designed for installation on 1985-97 Rover Group Limited vehicles. It included the 6 PSI Eaton roots type blower, intake tubing and relocation of the factory throttle body. The previous owner was a long-time member of Las Vegas Land Rover Club, who used it as a daily driver and drove it to the LRCLV events where it caught every eye. It's a piece of Land Rover history. Cameron Concepts work was referenced in "25 Years of the Family 4x4" by James Taylor. See the screenshot in my listing. In two years of searching, have found a few nice Range Rover P38s with the Cameron Concepts supercharger package, but have yet to find another Discovery 1. Installed on this classic is a custom Borla exhaust system, 2 inch lift kit, front & rear ARB air locking differentials, front & rear TJM bumpers, rock sliders, transmission & gas tank skid plates, OME shocks & steering damper, 9,000 lb Warn Winch all professionally installed. Work done recently with receipts available: 10/2012 - Replaced catalytic converter and oxygen sensor; 12/2012 - Transmission serviced, Transfer case & seals replaced; 3/2013 - A/C-Heater switch replaced, valve cover gasket replaced; 1/2014 - Front & Rear springs replaced with Terrafirma Heavy Load springs; 3/2014 - Head, Valve and Intake gasket job by Land Rover Service shop, new supercharger/drive belt installed, OEM radio replaced with Sony CDXGT710D, new speakers installed front doors, front pillar, rear posts and cargo door; 4/2014 - Fog lights replaced, new water pump and idle pulley; 5/2014 - Driver seat foam base replaced; 6/2014 - New steering box installed; 8/2014 - Fuel tank breather hose replaced, power steering line replaced; 9/2014 - Alternator replaced; 5/2/2015 - Rear brake pads & rotors replaced; 7/2015 - Rear window & cargo door seals & all four tires replaced. Selling as is. This vehicle is running and should get you from A to B but will likely require some work. Cosmetically, the interior has basic wear and tear, the worst being the headliner, its sagging. In regards to the exterior; the vehicle was in an accident. Drivers side fender replaced (Navy blue, rest of truck is dark green). I would be more than happy to email car fax. Strangely, the accident does not appear on the car fax. Mechanically, the truck is running and I have driven it several times. I replaced the water pump, belt, belt tensioner and battery. It needs some minor exhaust work as it has a small leak. Please keep in mind that this vehicle does have 190K miles, all NJ why miles from what I see inn the car fax. The truck was sitting for about three months prior to me obtaining the truck. This description does sound worse than it really is. With a little time and money this could be a REALLY nice truck. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

Passenger side door lock + window motor need a fix. The rear sunroof works perfectly, and front sunroof will manually pop up and electronically close but needs a fix for the electrical to open it. Inside liner is good and not sagging, there are a few cosmetic scuffs, nothing major, seats could use a light scrub. Has a good, clean interior. Sound system is GREAT and I will throw in the SIRIUS portable cassette unit that is currently installed in it for you. The A/C and heat work well at top and bottom, the blower for middle section needs an adjustment. Rear bumper is missing one small corner cover, windshield has a ding or two (Safelight Auto Glass quoted me $150 to fix, very minor). New battery put in last year and four new tires were purchased and installed over the winter, still like new, lots of tread left, including the full-size new spare wheel which is on the back door of truck. The blue paint needs touching up on the driver's side from key scratch which I touched up with dealer paint sample and can give you the bottle which has plenty left, but it's not really noticeable unless you're looking for it. Truck is solid, a great car for someone driving around locally wanting great visibility from windows and being safe up high. It's being sold as is, please feel free to come take a look if you would like to view in person. It does not currently have plates/current registration/emissions certificate as I have not been using it since I bought my BMW X5 SUV. Selling because we have too many cars in the driveway, otherwise I would keep it The Good:-Clean Title-No Rust- Receipts from engine rebuild AT A LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP, there are slightly less than 50,000 miles on the engine rebuild -Entire cooling system was updated as a part of the engine rebuild- Several other receipts from general maintenance at the Land Rover dealership that was close to the previous owner -Front and rear prop-shafts have no play in them, which leads me to believe that the previous owner had them replaced- Front differential looks relatively new as well -Air Suspension/Sport mode work properly- In my ownership I have replaced all 4 Oxygen Sensors, the MAF sensor, the Secondary Air Pump and I have a new cam position sensor (I occasionally get a code for it) -Interior is pretty decent. 8/10. The Bad: - The body is in slightly rough condition (Previous owner backed into something as you can see in the pictures there are a few other minor dents from them, the doors make a little noise when opening them, the paint has some scratches and the clear is slightly fading on the roof) Overall the Exterior is probably a 6.5/10. - Driver door is slightly difficult to open, and front windows need new motors. - SLIGHT coolant leak at the heater core, I top it off every month or two. OVERALL MECHANICAL - 9/10 INTERIOR - 8/10 EXTERIOR 6.5/10 I would not hesitate to drive this beast across the country, I also have some 32" tires for it that I never got around to installing, they can be had for an additional $300.
