1997 Land Rover Discovery XD1 of only 250 made Ready for your Safari adventure, or trip to the store, rock climb, outback etc.I've had this XD for almost 2 years and have decided that I'm not using it as much as I thought I would.So the old adage of "my loss is your gain" comes into play.I bought this XD out of California, it is currently in Kentucky and has a clean Ky title.I have never driven it in the winter, snow or rain basically. Has never seen salt that I know of.Has been stored inside since I have owned it.This Land Rover gets a lot of attention.Vehicle is dirty in the pictures, had been sitting in the shop when I took the pictures.This vehicle is not close to perfect, and I will be upfront with my description.Ask questions if you have them.Paint is ok, clearcoat is shot in a lot of places, but it has patina.No rusted out fender wells or rear door jambs, body has been well preserved.Wheels have been painted and need to be repainted. Can of KrylonI have receipts for a trans rebuild and transfer case. Less than 10k since.It leaks oil, show me a Landy that doesn't that's this old and I'll bet it's empty.Starts right up, and has fresh plugs and wires.No check engine light on (at this time lol)A/C works, lights all work, rack lights as well, except for the rear spot, (not hooked up)Windows work 90% of the time.Interior carpet has been removed, bed liner coating has been applied. Looks pretty good.Added rear step from a SE7LED fog lights work great.Drives tight, shifts good, diffs seem to be good and quiet.2" old man emu lift ?Center diff works, but needs to be coaxed to get out.
