I've moved house and the Land Rover has to go. I brought this Land Rover over from the UK last year with the intention of renovating it however circumstances have now changed and I no longer have the space to keep it. It isn't currently titled in the US however it does have the UK Title (V5) and the signed and stamped importation papers (CBP 3461, CBP 7501, EPA 3520, DOT HS-7). Its a simple process to go to the DMV and hand these over for a US Title. The vehicle is in Hewlett, NY. It is insured and can be driven. Test drives are possible and encouraged. I can also bring it into Manhattan by prior arrangement if required for viewing. The Land Rover belonged to a friend of mine in the UK. He spent a good deal of time and money renovating and upgrading it. It is fitted with Boost Alloy wheels with Goodrich Mud-Terrain Tires, terrafirma suspension, the headlights have been replaced with Halogen units, additional Wipac driving lamps have been fitted. The side lights, rear lamps and indicators have been upgraded to LED units. Lamp guards are fitted to the rear and an a-frame nudge bar mounted to the front bumper. It has checker plate on the front hood and the rear door. The main roof panel was also replaced to one without a sunroof. This is a good move as the sunroofs always used to leak. It is the correct roof panel with the Alpine Windows, correct for the County Station Wagon. The interior is standard and in good condition with no rips or tears. It is fitted with a cubby box between the front seats and has the inward facing rear seats. As it is the CSW model it has the head liner and trim finishing panels. Unfortunately the headliner above the front seats is missing, the original had the hole for the sunroof, a replacement is required for a non-sunroof version as currently configured. the headliner over the rear seats is in good condition. The engine and transmission are in good condition. It has covered 97,500 miles which is low for its age. It starts, runs and drives well. It was used recently as a daily driver and could continue to do so with no issues. The chassis is solid with no corrosion. The bulkhead is also in good condition with no corrosion. The bottom of the door frames have been replaced at some point in the last few years, this is a common repair on Land Rovers of this age and these have been done to a high standard, however the repaired panels do show signs of more corrosion. When the door bottoms were replaced the doors appear to have been repainted. The color matches the rest of the bodywork, however the quality of the paint on the doors is not as good as the rest of the vehicle. As expected on a vehicle of this age there are a number of scratches and dents. the worst being a small dent/puncture in the front RH fender. The 1988 Defender 90 CSW V8 is fitted with the 3.5L engine with Stromberg Carburettors . It has a 5-speed manual transmission which can be used in either high range or low range when driving off road. It has a mechanically locking center differential that can be locked when using low range gearing.Ebay doesn't recognize the Vin as it is an import, the Vin is SALLDVBV7EA347266.

When I began searching for a NAS 110, I did so with the knowledge I’d gained as the owner of a 1997 Defender 90. I understood exactly what I wanted, and had the following requirements: little to no rust, as close to original condition as possible, well cared for with supporting service documentation, and a clean title confirming the history and stated mileage. I spent over a year searching for one, flew out to personally inspect multiple NAS 110’s throughout the country, and spent thousands on pre-purchase inspections, before discovering this vehicle at a ranch in Texas which checked off all of my requirements. Since then, I’ve continued to care for this vehicle, truly appreciating just how few of these are left in this near-original, un-molested condition. Today, the truck has approximately 72,500 miles, and presents itself as a vehicle that has been used sparingly throughout its life. That said, it will be turning 25 years old next year, and reasonable expectations should be applied. I have included the attached photos which I believe honestly depict the vehicle in its current condition, but I have listed some items of note as you look through them: -The original ANR1534 white steel wheels have been professionally refinished in black, with new tires recently mounted-The original radio has been replaced with an Alpine hands-free head unit, but the original is included-The original headlights have been replaced with Truck-Lite LEDs, but the originals are included for replacement at the buyer’s discretion-The original LT77 gearbox was replaced with the R380 as part of an elective service from Land Rover N.A., which still shifts smoothly today-Braided stainless steel oil cooler lines have been fitted to replace the original rubber ones-I have taken steps to ensure that the rust-free chassis and bulkhead would remain as such, but the running boards could use either refinishing or replacement-Interior including the dash and seats are close to perfect-The passenger door could use either re-skinning or replacement in the future-Headliner is sagging a bit in places Additional original accessories included but not pictured include: -Land Rover winch bag and leather gloves-NAS 110 workshop manual-Original window sticker-NAS 110 owner’s manual If you have any questions, I may be reached at (917) 733-8811. Payment Information: If you are the winning bidder/buyer, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction or getting invoice to set up payment arrangements. We do add 149 document fee to every car we sell. We require a 500 dollars non-refundable deposit within twenty-four (24) hours. The remaining balance is due within 5 calendar days of making the deposit. We reserve the right to keep your deposit and resell the vehicle to another buyer if final payment is not received within 5 calendar days. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pick up the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear.8. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original paper Title after the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at the time of sale, there are occasions where we may have to wait for them to arrive. It may take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days for us to receive the title.9. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid/purchase.10. Storage Terms: Once the auction/sale completed, we will store the vehicle free of charge for six (6) calendar days and at 20 dollars per day after that until the payment is made in full. Ones the payment has been made, the vehicle will be stored free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at 20 dollars per day after that.11. Choice of Law & Forum: Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and litigated in Richmond County.
