I bought this car brand new in May of 2008. This has been a great car and I have had no mechanical issues whatsoever. I am a sales rep so I have driven this car a ton. It still runs great and looks great as well. This car would make a great commuter, as it gets over 30 MPG. It also is a fun car to drive as it is very light and is a manual transmission. This would be a great starter car for any teenager. This 2008 Spectra has multiple airbags and is rated very high for a car of this size.
