The Rio will achieve excellent gas mileage and it is very inexpensive and easy to maintain. With very minimal maintenance costs this car should be expected to go over 200K miles with ease. The Kia has a gas sipping 1.6L inline 4 cylinder engine that has lots of power and life remaining. It starts right up, idles smooth, and gets the car up to speed just as you would expect it to. The engine is paired up with a fully automatic transmission that is in excellent working order as well. It shifts through all of its gears smoothly and is very easy to drive. The car drives very well. It goes down the road straight, requires minimal steering input, and there are no abnormal shakes, vibrations or noises to be concerned about. This would be a great car to commute to work as it would be very economical to drive. It may also be a great first car as the insurance for a young driver should be super inexpensive for this car. All around its a great automobile and a great buy at this price! The only thing that you might complain about is the glove box. While it is a good size and can hold a lot of stuff the latch is broken so it wont stay shut. It is using Velcro to hold it in the closed position. I am sure a new latch could be purchased at a local salvage yard for a minimal fee but we have not been fortunate enough to find one yet so it must be a common theme for the RIO. Other than that it is a used vehicle so minor chips and scratches should be expected. I have take lots of photos as you can see and have photo'd any areas that may be less than perfect as well as I could. The Rio will achieve excellent gas mileage and it is very inexpensive and easy to maintain. With very minimal maintenance costs this car should be expected to go over 200K miles with ease. The Kia has a gas sipping 1.6L inline 4 cylinder engine that has lots of power and life remaining. It starts right up, idles smooth, and gets the car up to speed just as you would expect it to. The engine is paired up with a fully automatic transmission that is in excellent working order as well. It shifts through all of its gears smoothly and is very easy to drive. The car drives very well. It goes down the road straight, requires minimal steering input, and there are no abnormal shakes, vibrations or noises to be concerned about. This would be a great car to commute to work as it would be very economical to drive. It may also be a great first car as the insurance for a young driver should be super inexpensive for this car. All around its a great automobile and a great buy at this price! The only thing that you might complain about is the glove box. While it is a good size and can hold a lot of stuff the latch is broken so it wont stay shut. It is using Velcro to hold it in the closed position. I am sure a new latch could be purchased at a local salvage yard for a minimal fee but we have not been fortunate enough to find one yet so it must be a common theme for the RIO. Other than that it is a used vehicle so minor chips and scratches should be expected. I have take lots of photos as you can see and have photo'd any areas that may be less than perfect as well as I could.
