2003 Jeep Wrangler Sport RHD 4.0L 6-CylinderHard Top UP FOR SALE A CLEAN AND WELL KEPT 2003 JEEP WRANGLER SPORT RIGHT HAND DRIVE WITH ONLY 115K MILESWe bought this vehicle for my wife 3 years ago for her mail route since she was too short to drive a normal car. It came from the northeast. Never been wrecked. The car has rust and scratches; see pictures for details. I am a mechanic so all maintenance performed as scheduled. Brand new MOOG U-Joints all around. When we got the vehicle it had 98,000 miles on it, as you can see we didn't put many on it. Replaced the fuel filter, transmission filter, spark plugs, flushed radiator. The carpeting were very dirty so I removed it and had the floor pan professionally undercoated. Drives perfectly, the only problem this Jeep has is it doesn't have Park. You'll have to park this like a manual and always use the Emergency Brake. The windshield is cracked. The pictures do not show the rear bench seat, but it does come with the vehicle. Brand new battery. Selling my 2006 Jeep Wrangler right hand drive vehicle. I bought this brand new and have been the only driver, recently replaced with a new Jeep so it is time to let this one go. Jeep is factory RHD, 4.0 straight 6 engine, with hardtop, cruise control, air conditioning, stereo with CD, and a never-used rear seat. Jeep has approximately 187,000 miles, about half from delivering mail. Jeep has been carefully maintained since new, is route ready. Tires are about 50%. Had a factory-remanufactured transmission installed by my local Jeep dealer on 9/26/2013 at 140,000 miles, so the transmission is only 2 years old with 47,000 miles on it. Since the replacement transmission has a 3 year/100,000 mile transferable warranty there are still 53,000 miles and 12 months left on the warranty. Other recent maintenance or repair items include: Added a separate transmission cooler, Front brakes, rotors, and calipers, Front drive shaft u-joints, PCM (power control module - computer), Starter and ignition switch, Front axle u-joints, Radiator (left-hand drive version adapted to fit), Receiver hitch and trailer wiring, Tailgate gasket, and more. Basically, as things have needed to be done they have gotten done - I used this vehicle full time on the route for the last 2 1/2 years and it needed to be ready to go every day. Jeep is in sound condition, does have some surface rust in a few places, and more significant rust on the flat tops of the front fenders, common to this vehicle. Frame and floors, brake and fuel lines, etc., are all in very good shape. The only issue I'm aware of is that the check-engine light comes on occasionally to say that the downstream oxygen sensors are showing a trouble code, I replaced both sensors and the code comes back on occasion. My mechanic says this may be from the age of the catalytic converter, and is not an issue from an operating standpoint. Light goes off on its own after additional driving. Overall, this is a solid vehicle ready to roll, with one of the most reliable engines out there and a low-mileage transmission. Things that needed attention always got it, but it is sold as-is.
