I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon The not so Good It has a restored Salvage title and needs some Mechanical work. The Good I purchased this to Build for my Daughter, It was hit in front and moved bumper 3 inches up and to the right. I had it pulled and at last minute I decided to swap the whole frame so I purchased new frame from Mopar. Before I installed new frame I installed a 3 inch Teraflex Long arm Kit. Then I put on USA made Eagle Alloys and 34 inch tires, I also installed $2k Rockford Sound system. My daughter drove it 1000 miles and the engine had some blow by , I took to Tempe Dodge and they said it was still under warranty. After 2 days they said it needed a new motor ( It had 13K miles on it ) I was livid as they said because it was in an accident they would not replace!( Accident had nothing to do with engine) I purchased a 5K mile Take out engine from a Hemi Swap company in AZ and installed it last month. It started right up but when I put in in drive there is a delay and clunk when it starts like a stall converter. Motor Runs Perfect Car drive great, other than Clunk at start. I called Uncle and told my daughter I am tapping out as I am not a mechanic and this JEEP has beat me. It is a sensor or something with torque converter there is also a few other items items that need finishing. Well built 2005 Wrangler. 4" short-arm lift, 5 fresh 35" tires on 17" late model Jeep rims, 4.56 ring & pinion gears in a trussed Ford 8.8 rear and a Dana 30 front. 4 wheel disc brakes, 6-speed manual trans, OX front locker and an ARB rear locker. 4:1 low range and a slip yoke eliminator in the transfer case. Rocker and rear corner armor. Custom bumpers with rear tire carrier and front winch plate. Sliding glass windows in stock half doors. Stone stock 4.0L engine. Oh yeah, it already has a Curry Correct Steer linkage.The 6-speed trans lets this Jeep go down the highway at extra-legal speeds even with the 4.56's and has the grunt to pull the hills towing whatever. The 4:1 low range makes this a wall climber out in the rough and gnarly. It doesn't look to ever have been wheeled hard. I just got it and took it out to make sure everything was working well.
