PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BELOW - I am trying to be as accurate as possible ***AS IS***** NO REFUNDS NO WARRANTIES Jeep with a story - selling this Jeep as a parts Jeep, POSSIBLE driver with some work . 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 6 cylinder / automatic transmission / hard top Jeep has only 91.378 miles on it This Jeep was used as a third car and for very light snowplowing of residential driveway ** The Jeep is experiencing rust issues on the rear frame in the usual Jeep Wrangler TJ places right above the rear tires. When I noticed this I did bring it to a body shop who reinforced the frame on both sides** Please see pictures of the repair , The repair was made using new steel to reinforce both sides behind the rear tires and it cost $1800 . The repair was made but please note you never know how long repairs like this last , therefore, I am selling as a parts Jeep. See pictures The only rust I see on the body itself is about a 4 inch patch on the top of the passenger side fender. Up until this rust started to happen, where it needed to be repaired, the Jeep ran perfectly. The only issue I noticed was a slight exhaust rattle somewhere and I started to notice a red fluid leak that looked like transmission fluid. Upon further inspection, I noticed since the fluid was low, I tried filling it up and it leaked out faster than I was putting it in, it was leaking from what I believe to be the transmission cooling lines. If this is the case, the lines just need replacing. Transmission was fine up until this point. Jeep has been sitting about 6 months - starts right up with no issues, however , just recently the engine light does come on. Whoever buys this jeep must pick it up with a trailer or have it towed due to the transmission leak issue Pick up would be in Middletown New Jersey Jeep is being sold AS IS - No Warranty No Guarantee. AS IS condition I do not have the time or the money to either make this a driver or dissemble it part by part. Potential buyer can start the jeep up right away , starts and runs with no issue But test drive is not possible because of the transmission leak issue I am pretty sure that once the cooling line for the transmission is replaced everything would be fine with transmission but not guaranteeing that Buyer must come with either a trailer or tow away Will have a Odometer Mistake /Discrepency : Jeep has a clear title but please note that when it was transferred from my father in law to my mother in law, she wrote that it had 100,000 miles ( she basically guessed ) on it for whatever reason, so that is what the title says. I'm selling my 2016 2 door Jeep Wrangler Sport that I purchased on November 3rd of 2015. At this time it has less then 13K on the odometer and hasn't been in any accidents. It has a hard top, AC, and automatic transmission from the factory. No Power convenience or blue tooth connectivity. Gearing is the 3.21 gear set and no lockers or LSD. Mods I've done so far include steering stabilizer relocation, JKS quick disconnect sway bar links, dominion offroad evap relocation kit, factory Jeep side steps, MORryde heavy duty tailgate Hinges, and four Cooper Discoverer AT3 Tires in 255/75/17 on US Wheel 044 Series Stealth Crawler Black Steel Wheels in 17x8 with aluminum hub centric rings. I also painted the front grill as seen in the pictures below. Original 16 inch steel wheels are available along with a 5th cooper tire. I haven't bought a 5th steel wheel is unavailable though. My plans for the jeep were to get a lift, 35 inch tires, a set of 4.56 gears, and a front autolocker. I've only taken the jeep camping twice so far and driven her down some dirt roads. I've done any harsh off road, so no trail damage has been done. Oils changes have been done regularly by the dealer and a local oil change shop. And haven't had any problems.
