Grand Wagoneer by Classic Gentleman, internationally recognized as a leading buyer and seller of low mile, excellent condition Grand Wagoneers, presents this rare, 1991 Final Edition. A beautiful example with over $20,000.00 in just spent mechanical, electrical and cosmetic invoices to bring this Grand up to Classic Gentleman standards. The life cycle of the Grand Wagoneer ended in 1991 with just 1560 units being produced. The majority of Jeep enthusiasts are familiar with the scarcity of the final year and we begin with that number as we present this most unique find. Up until our purchase this 1991 Bright White example had only one owner and the 88,950 original miles – roughly 3500 per year- place this Grand Wagoneer in a special category. How many single owner, low mile ‘91 white examples are out there? We can only guess, but you could probably count them on your fingers and toes. The original owner special ordered “his” Jeep the way he wanted it- including the factory sun roof. It took nearly nine months before it arrived and the price, we have the original hard to find 1991 Final Edition owner's manual along with the bill of sale, listed the retail price at $32,800. The very top of the price range for any domestic vehicle produced in 1991. The contract shows that the dealer gave our buyer a discount , but retained the Chrysler rebate that was being offered at the time. This vehicle was only one in his large car collection- consisting of several dozen- but a favorite to drive and enjoy. We are not surprised when many of our buyers comment on how they enjoy driving their Grand Wagoneer more than the Jaguar or Mercedes they own. People notice the Grand Wagoneer- the others are just cars. They are truly iconic vehicles and here is an opportunity to own a one owner low mile ‘91 that will continue to appreciate in the coming years. A friend of mine in the real estate business always reminds his clients on the value of buying land by commenting, “They're not making any more of it.” That goes for Grand Wagoneers as well- especially 91's.Needless to say, she is in beautiful shape. Carfax and Autocheck both confirm the low miles are actual and no accidents ever reported for this Final Edition. The bright white paint was just applied and is in excellent condition. The wood siding and wood trim is likewise brand new, sourced from Team Grand Wagoneer. The remaining exterior chrome and aluminum pieces, including the grill, bumpers and wheels, while not new still present in very good condition with only light wear and aging present. The whitewall tires were just fitted and are brand new.If you like the exterior, then the Cordovan interior will really excite you. The leather seating remains in excellent overall condition, just as the images portray. The carpeting, door panels and dash are also in excellent form, a testament to the low and careful usage over the past 25 years. Understanding these were priced, when new, in the Cadillac/Lincoln range, there are plenty of luxury comforts inside. Those appointments are all in working order and include: Power steering, power brakes, all power windows including tailgate window (Operates via dash mounted switch only), power door locks, power driver's side mirror (Passenger's side mirror needs to be manually adjusted) , power seats, cruise control, air conditioning and a just installed AM/FM/CD player along with new speakers. And let's not forget the best option.....this is an ultra rare power sunroof model. The engine/transmission/electricals have all been inspected and works sorted, where deemed needed. Yes, our sales are all as is but we are highly skilled specialists in the Grand Wagoneer field and our expertise shows in pieces like this one. There are $12,000.00 in mechanical & electrical service invoices alone on this one. That is money spent on items you can't see but need to be done to insure she runs as well as she looks. These invoices can be email scanned to interested parties for a detailed review.Carfax & Autocheck both show this Grand has had no accidents reported. The 4 wheel Hi & Low settings are likewise both performing well. We do not spend monies detailing the undercarriages as our buyers, in general, plan on driving and enjoying these Grands regularly. All of our inventory's frames/undercarriages will exhibit normal and to be expected surface rust/scaling but will pass stringent New York State safety inspection guidelines. Why buy from a Grand Wagoneer specialist? For us the answer is simple- our entire focus is on Grand Wagoneers and we know these unique vehicles inside and out. When you purchase a Classic Gentleman Wagoneer it has been thoroughly inspected and all necessary work completed by professional mechanics, some with over forty years of Wagaoneer experience. We purchase fine example Jeeps from a variety of sources including other dealers and private parties. We are often told by the seller, “My Jeep is excellent and needs nothing" however, being in this profession, we know to expect and plan for a great deal of sorting. Our average service bills per unit range from $4000 to $12,000 and these costs do not include cosmetic restoration to the exterior/interior. A far reach from needing nothing. Remember the average age of these vehicles is thirty years more or less, and even with loving care many mechanical parts have aged and worn accordingly. Purchase a Wagoneer from a source other than a specialist and odds are that you may experience servicing and repair costs that may dampen your joy and enthusiasm for that Wagoneer that you always wanted. You may only own one of these in your lifetime, while we buy, fully sort and sell dozens and dozens per year. That is a lot of practice and when a Classic Gentleman Grand Wagoneer arrives at your home, it is a special occasion. It will be in beautiful condition and ready to drive and enjoy. Yes, our sales are as-is, but as you will see from our detailed service invoices, she has been looked after from nose to tail. Our goal is to see that the joy and enthusiasm of Grand Wagoneer ownership begins immediately with your purchase and that it will be there for years to come.Be sure to have a look at our website's recommendation page where you can see first hand the positive experiences of a worldwide assortment of named buyers. We deal honestly and work hard to insure a happy buyer. You will never be pressured or chased for a sale but given all the time needed to insure if a purchase is right for you. Guided by these principals, our modestly sized niche dealership has built a loyal and devoted customer base spanning 5 continents. If you wish to organize an inspection before purchase, please do so before placing an offer. This Grand will enthusiastically be made available. Grand Wagoneer by Classic Gentleman, Internationally recognized as a leading buyer and seller of low mile excellent condition Grand Wagoneers, presents another low mile beautiful vintage Grand. We have over EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($18,000.00) in just completed invoices we paid to raise this Grand to Classic Gentleman level. That doesn't make her brand new or perfect but it elevates her nicely to serve her next well-heeled owner. The pricing model for Grand Wagoneers has been climbing steadily for years now and recently, accelerating. The market value for individual pieces revolve heavily around three areas. Firstly low mileage , secondly condition and thirdly, the right color. Let's take a closer look at our '89.(1) Autocheck is showing just 2 owners have had the pleasure of enjoying this 81,162 mile example and Auto Check and Carfax confirm the low actual miles with no accidents ever being reported. It works out to averaging around 3,000 miles per year. That might not be notable for a 1989 two seat convertible that was a Summer weekend ride throughout its life but for a SUV, low mile examples are much harder to find.(2) Regarding condition, just look at these images and ask for our complete document file to be emailed to you which includes copies of invoices for all the works just organized and sorted by us.(3) It has been an education watching where the colors fall relative to pricing. The popular prejudice runs so heavily in favor of the color blue that we have trouble keeping any shade of blue Grand in stock. Our '89 Grand is sporting new refinished Dark Baltic Blue Metallic paint. This was her original color of course and it looks fantastic. The wood siding was likewise just replaced, sourced from Team Grand Wagoneer, and the factory original trim board was reused. The wheels were refurbished at considerable expense and are in excellent shape. The white wall tires wrapping around them are brand new. The front grill, bumpers and chrome trim exhibit normal low mile usage/ageing/wear.The cabin is finished in the popular Sand color and is in overall very good condition with just light wear evident. The seats are in excellent shape and the leather has just been re-surfaced. That overhead console temperature and compass readouts have surprised us all and are working properly. Likewise, the power seats, power door locks, power windows, including the rear power window (via dash switch only) are all working properly. Same goes for the heat and air conditioning and even the cruise control. The AM/FM/CD stereo is new and has just been fitted. The exterior mirrors need to be adjusted manually as finding a reliable source for working power mirror switches has proved to be our Dunkirk. The engine, transmission and the 4 wheel High and Low settings have all been serviced and are performing just as they should. We have five full pages of precisely detailed garage service invoices covering all the mechanical and electrical works that were organized and sorted. They are available to interested parties, upon request. We don't spend monies on the appearances of engine bays and undercarriages as most all of our buyers are planning on driving and enjoying these Grands regularly. Normal wear, aging and surface rust will be present but of course new floor pans are installed, if needed and all classics will pass stringent New York State inspection guidelines. There is no spare tire fitted to the undercarriage on this '89 so the next owner may wish to invest in one.Why buy from a Grand Wagoneer specialist? For us the answer is simple- our entire focus is on Grand Wagoneers and we know these unique vehicles inside and out. Spent most of it's life in the south (Tennessee and Missouri) so only minor body rust, one dent on the driver side quarter panel, a crack in the driver side of the grille and a crack in the passenger side of the windshield. Wiring has been mostly redone. Engine is freshly plumbed, fuel filter recently changed, brake lines new, leaf springs new, rear breaks new, new tires, and recently carpeted cargo area. Interior is very nice; however the driver seat is beat up. New Bluetooth radio installed, but an original GW radio comes with it (sound system is in great condition). Recently made a 700 mile trip from Missouri to Cleveland with no issue at all! Grand Wagoneer by Classic Gentleman, internationally recognized as a leading buyer and seller of low mile excellent condition Grand Wagoneers, presents this formal and most elegant Tuxedo Black example. We have rolled dozens and dozens of Jeep Grand Wagoneers in the past year but only three in the gorgeous black with the honey tan leather interior. This snow free south and southwestern sheltered carriage was driven just 99,895 miles over her 30 year life, that works out to just 3,300 miles per year and with that level of usage, she is bound to be in splendid shape. All those miles were accumulated in the relatively snow and road salt free states of Kansas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Nothing shines like a beautiful black Grand Wagoneer set against that stylish wood siding. This Jeep makes a formal statement and would be welcome from the beach to the country club. Chances are she won’t be with us long. That beautiful tuxedo black paint was applied just this year by the previous owner and is gorgeous. At the same time the original wood siding and trim were removed and replaced with new wood and siding from Team Grand Wagoneer. The aluminum wheels were likewise just redone and the look spectacular. The whitewall tires surrounding them are also fresh. The remaining chrome and aluminum exterior bits (grill & bumpers, etc) appear original and while not new condition, still reflective of the low total miles on this example. The honey tan leather interior further confirms the very low usage over all the years. The seats themselves are in very good to excellent condition with just the very lightest wear evident. Tan interiors are generally more sought after on these Jeeps than the burgundy alternative but burgundy generally holds up better over time. To have a tan interior like this one, looking so strong, is very uncommon. The carpeting is also in very good condition except for the rear cargo area corners by the tailgate. Common spot for wear to develop but both spots are easily covered with the matching Weathertech cargo mat.The power windows, power seats, power door locks, air conditioning, heat and the new AM/FM/CD stereo are all performing correctly with just the cruise control and power side mirrors not functioning. (Side mirrors can be manually adjusted of course and the original factory cruise control was always rubbish anyway). The 4 wheel drive High (For highway use) and 4 wheel Low (trail use) are serviced and ready for action. The engine/transmission/electricals have all been inspected and works sorted, where deemed needed. Yes, our sales are all as is but we have heavily detailed service invoices covering any mechanical and electrical works we performed and are happy to supply copies to buying prospects. Likewise copies of the current Autocheck and Carfax showing the miles are actual and no accidents ever being reported can be emailed to prospects. We do not spend monies detailing the engine bay or undercarriages as our buyers, in general, plan on driving and enjoying these Grands regularly. All of our inventory’s frames/undercarriages will exhibit normal and to be expected wear along with surface rust/scaling but will pass stringent New York State safety inspection guidelines. Please note there isn't a spare tire fitted so the next owner might wish to add one.Why buy from a Grand Wagoneer specialist? My 1989 Grand Wagoneer is a fine example of a low miles, reliable smooth running Grand Wagoneer, but sadly I have to sell this one. I have too many classic vehicles and not enought time to enjoy them all. The odometer has just reached 51,000 miles and its still just as beautiful as it was when it came off the lot. The stunning black exterior paint complimented by the factory original wood grain sides and mouldings really enhance the classic styling of this Jeep. Open the drivers door and it gets even better. The plush pristine sand colored interior shows minimal wear and tear. Look around and you will see all the luxury options available in its day. I believe this wagon is equipped with just about every option offered in 1989, including a power sunroof. Despite its stunning appearance it does show the typical patina you will find on an un-restored vehicle. I personally prefer them this way. It adds character and keeps it authentic and original. On close inspection of the bumpers, grille surround and side marker lenses you will see light scratches and wear. But these small imperfections are hardly visible and one of the great things about the Wagoneers is that the alumium bumpers they came with are not chrome and can be polished to a high gloss shine. Paint is not original. The wood grain is original and wood mouldings are in excellent shape. Over all the exterior is well above average driver quality and often receives comments like " wow this Jeep is pristine!" In addition to the appearence of this Jeep it is also very mechanical sound and reliable. Many parts have been replaced and the motor has been upgraded with an MSD high energy ignition system to allow it to run on pump gas. One of the biggest issues with the Grand Wagoneer as well as any carburated engine equipped with a stock iginition system is burning fuel that is blended with ethinol. OEM ignition systems from 1989 and early vehicles do not have the capacity to allow the engine to fully combust enthinal. The solution is a properly installed high engergy ignition system and larger 8mm spark plug wires that will enable the motor to more efficiently burn the fuel. The result is a smoother idle, crisp throttle response and easier start up. Ride quality and safety was also considered when mechanical work was being completed. This wagon was fitted with new brakes front and rear including brake lines, shocks and exhaust system and a thorough overhaul of the the front axels and hubs was performed. Below is a complete list of work completed and new parts installed. Removed and flushed fuel tank.Replaced fuel return lines and vent lines. 1989 Grand Wagoneer offered in stately Dover gray. This Wagoneer has been owned by the original family until February of 2015 and has been repainted by the original owner. The finish shows well with minor imperfections, new wood paneling with original wood trim. This Wagoneer retains all of the original non faded interior and shows as a pleasing contrast of the exterior Dover gray and burgundy interior. The passenger compartment carpets, seats, door panels, dash board are in remarkable original condition. Minor wear on the leading edge cargo bay original carpet. This low miles Wagoneer retains all of its original drive train, non altered, never rebuilt. This vehicle was always serviced and cared for in a manner where it is able to retain its smooth and reliable components. This vehicle starts, drives, shifts, stops and handles as tight and smooth as if it were 1989. It is a true pleasure and enjoyment to operate this classic. Interior climate controls work perfectly, ice cold air-conditioning and warm heat for the winter months if needed. All windows work smoothly, both power mirrors work, power locks are finicky. Cruise control engages upon command. 4WD engages without notice and without any drivetrain noise. Non altered engine bay also retains all of its working smog components with original hood insulation. An enthusiast will appreciate the smooth running and sounding engine compartment. Keeping this vehicle in a climate controlled garage its entire life has enabled the undercarriage to remain rust free and can clearly read all factory date codes on the frame. Except for one repaint by the original 26 year original owner which is not a demerit and only enhances the exterior on this stately low miles Grand Wagoneer. 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with 94,000+ miles. - The Jeep has undergone a frame off body restoration - The engine has been rebuilt and it has less than 2500 miles since the rebuild. - includes new rings, gaskets, seals, etc. - Upgraded Radiatior (Aluminum) - Transfer case and transmission were serviced also (new filter and fluids) - Jeep is kept indoors in a warehouse/garage - The 4x4 works perfectly, as does most everything else. - Seats are in great condition with original style ribbed upholstery (no rips or tears, only normal-wear wrinkles on leather) - Carpet was replaced, and looks clean and plush. Floor mats are less than a year old. - New headliner. - AC blows cold and heater blows hot. - Good tires - plenty of thread. - Wheels are polished and look great! -New Pioneer stereo system and aftermarket alarm, with power door lock remote. - Rear window works up/down perfectly. - Power side mirrors do not work, not sure why (loose connector, most likely, as they worked before the Jeep was taken apart for painting, but didn't afterwards - didn't want to take door panels out again, as I rarely move the mirrors on-the-fly, and they can be adjusted manually very easily) - All doors locks work fine, both with the power switches and with the aftermarket remote. - All 4 doors latch in place perfectly with a nice thud, but the driver's door needs a harder nudge than the other 3 for some reason. - Small door ding on one side (no dent, just a light scratch) - The lens on the overhead light came off and was lost during its last trip to the car wash to get detailed. I've tried to capture as much detail in the pictures I'm posting, but free to ask any questions you may have or request specific pictures and I will be happy to oblige quickly. Please ask all questions prior to bidding, and only bid if you're serious about completing the purchase. If you'd like to send an inspector (at your own expense) to go over the Jeep, please do so - I will work with anyone wanting to do this. Shipping is of course at the buyer's expense and is to be arranged by and paid for by buyer. Again, please ask any and all questions you may have prior to bidding - I'm here to make the purchase process as effortless and painless as possible. Thank you!

Incredible all original 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with only 89,342 original miles. Hard to find Buttercup exterior paint with saddle tan interior leather. Vehicle has been kept in a carport the majority of its life. Original paint with minimal fading on roof top. All other paint is very good condition. Wood vinyl paneling is in very good condition with a few areas that have been bumped and the paint shows through. The plasic wood trim is faded. I puchased this vehicle from an older gentleman in February that stated he didn't use the vehicle much and wanted to sell it. He stated he only used it to pull a small skiff when he went fishing and had put less than 5,000 miles on it in the last five years. Jeep has never been off road and based on the appearance and the type of tires on the vehicle, I would agree it doesn't appear to have been off road. The steering did have a significant amount of slack making the Jeep had to keep straight on the road. I had a mechanic check the vehicle and advise me what was needed. A new steering box and pitman gear were installed which took care of the steering issue. Motor was give a full tuneup including new spark plug wires, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. Oil and filter were changed. Motor runs great after the tune up and transmission shifts smooth. Tires are Cooper tires with about 60% tread life left. The front leather seats had five panels that had cracked and the armrest leather was in very bad shape. I have had a quality upholsterer match the leather and replace the five panels and make the new armrest. Interior is in very good condition with some fading of the carpet in a few places. This is a hard to find color Jeep Grand Wagoneer that is all original with very low miles. If you have been looking for a great Jeep Grand Wagoneer in this year model, you will not be disappointed. Will only sell to individuals located in the continental United States. Vehicle is sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. $500 deposit via PayPal required within 48 hours of auction close. Remaining money payable within 7 days.

1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer I am the 3rd owner. I bought the car Feb 2011. Repair and replace list since I have owned the car… 4 new leaf springs New Battery Starter High Pressure Power Steering Line Carburetor (Edelbrock) All exhaust pipes Rear wheel bearings Fuel tank straps and splash pan/cover Shocks Rear brake rebuild to include cylinders Fuel Pump Oil Pump Rear Main Oil Seal Oil Pan Gasket Set Hearer Hose Manifold Gaskets Air Filter Spark Plugs PCV Valve Thermostat Ignition Module New Spark Plug wires and Spark Plugs Coil Starter Relay Car has some rust on doors, lower fender areas (minimal), and under carriage. None of the rust is significant to have to replace panels. Under carriage is structurally sound, sand blast and paint would restore the bottom of car. Doors panels most likely have to have some fabrication. Electrical needs to be checked as there are certain things not working, and I have not had the time to fix, (dome lights, hood light, door locks). Engine rebuilt around 90k or so, before my purchase of the car. This is a perfect car for a total restoration. If not, the car is running fine, and can be a daily driver.

Current mileage 126,894 Jeep is in very nice condition. This was a one owner truck until the husband passed away and the wife registered the vehicle in her name. He bought the Wagoneer for her. It was her main ride. Somewhat along the lines of ‘Driving Miss Daisy’. Two years ago, transferred to the current family owner who has maintained the truck for the last 400 miles. Selling to raise $ for college tuition. It has been kept in the garage, regular oil changes and pampered all of its life…. and always properly maintained by the mechanic. Starts right up and runs like a champion. It gets a good drive on the weekends to keep it from sitting. The interior is in wonderful condition aside from a sagging headliner (always used seat covers). Everything works fine, except the power windows have slowed down over the years. There is a dent in the upper grille/hood area and the wood grain is peeling on the tailgate. The paint and chrome still shine up like new. Dutifully waxed every year. It is still a very reliable vehicle. I would not hesitate taking it on a long road trip. Auction is being listed for a friend. Will do my best to answer any questions you have or can put you in direct contact with the owner. Buyer assumes any shipping costs, but I will do my best to help coordinate a pick-up. Will consider the pleasure of driving the Jeep Wagoneer to the buyers’ location for the cost of my return trip home.
