Here is a 2004 Jeep Liberty in overall decent shape for its age and mileage. It needs engine work. It starts, runs, and drives, but needs engine to be serviced. First the good stuff: tires are almost new, underside of this vehicle is virtually rust free. Body is in good shape considering its age and mileage. It is loaded with options including a 6 cd changer and leather heated seats. It has a current PA state inspection good until June 2017. New the bad stuff: AC doesn't work, left rear window doesn't go all the way up, makes a few creaks here and there but drives straight, and it needs head gasket work. The Jeep overheated recently. I took it to a garage thinking it needed a thermostat and it turned out to have low compression in one cylinder. They told me the head gasket needs to be repaired or replaced. I am selling the vehicle as-is. It will start and drive but I recommend having it towed to a garage for service. Drive at your own risk! $400 deposit via PayPal and the remainder in cash only. I will not ship the vehicle. I have the title in hand. The vehicle must be picked up in person and title work completed before I let the vehicle leave my possession. You are looking at an excellent reconditioned 2010 Jeep Liberty. Once you see it in person it looks more like a 2015. The interior & exterior are immaculate !! I purchased this Jeep a month ago for my sister as a Christmas present but my brother in law swooped in & got her a new Ford Explorer. Being that I'm a gearhead, I went over this Jeep with a fine tooth comb to make sure there wouldn't be anything she'd have to do other than oil / fluid changes for the next two years. I added quite a few upgrades to make this Jeep more enjoyable. The upgraded suspension with lift kit gave it not only a better look but the ride quality actually improved considerably. It now has more ground clearance than a 4x4 but easy to get in and out of. Body roll is less & it absorbs bumps in the road significantly better. The rear shocks are 9 way Adjustable. The tires ride smooth but still have a great all weather condition tread pattern. They have a 660AB treadwear rating, which means if you keep them rotated & balanced they should last 40-50k. It has a rare option Sky Slider, which you wont find on a lot of other Liberty's & opens up the roof almost completely and works perfectly. I upgraded the Headlights to HID & they are brighter than my Audi A4. I added New floor matts, (Still has perfect condition Jeep Matts) I did some research & found the Rugged Ridge brand gave better coverage than the weathertech floor matts. -New HID Headlights - They are 55w not 35w & overpower anything else :) -New Carbon Fiber Hood Wrap -New Tinted Front Windows -New in cabin air filter -New Rugged Ridge Floor Mats -New Rear Liftglass Struts -New Bend Door Actuators (all 3 were replaced) -New Brakes Front & Rear (Drilled Slotted Rotors with ceramic pads) -New 2.5" Suspension Lift Kit with rear 9 way Adjustable Rancho 9000XL extended length Shocks -New Front Shocks / Springs -New 245/75r16 Kenda Klevar Tires (They ride as nice as my Nitto Terra Grappler) 660AB Treadwear rating. -New Front Wheel Bearings -New Front Sway bar links -New Rear Lower Control Arms -Lifetime 4 Wheel Alignment from Firestone Features -4x2 -Factory Towing Package, anti sway control, 7way Plug, Class 3 Hitch, 5000lbs Capacity -Traction Control, 4 Wheel Disc Brakes -Sky Slider -Power Windows, Power Locks -Factory CD Player / Satellite Radio

For sale: 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition. Vehicle primarily used to transport DJ equipment to events. DJ equipment collection increasing in size and number of items + my not having the time to fool with the issues listed below = time to replace with a vehicle with larger cargo capacity. Overall cosmetic description: Exterior: Black Interior: Dark Charcoal Seats: Light Gray (Leather) The following are features which work perfectly:3.7L V6 engine (210 HP) (See Known Issue #1 below)4-Speed Automatic (O/D) transmission4WDCruise controlA/CPower moon roofPower seatsPower locks with remotePower mirrors (heated when you turn on the electric defroster)Heated front seatsTrailer hitch receptacleKnown issues: The engine needs a valve cover gasket (not a head gasket -- different animal) on the passenger side. The leak allows a small amount of oil to drip past the gasket down to the exhaust pipe, which causes the escaped oil to burn off. This causes a bit of smoke to appear from under the hood. Don't confuse this with the "engine burning oil." The engine does not burn oil and otherwise runs great. The small amount of oil that *escapes* past the gasket (which doesn't threaten operation of the engine otherwise) drips and burns off when it hits the exhaust pipe, which, of course, gets very hot during operation. This is a relatively easy fix, and there are videos on YouTube which walk even the most modestly mechanically-inclined individual through replacement. Replace the gasket and this small leak is solved. The brakes recently failed (within the past couple of weeks) and do not work currently. All pads and rotors were recently replaced and were functioning perfectly for some time following, but it is my suspicion that there is either a fault in the brake hose leading to the driver side rear caliper or a failure of that caliper, itself. In either event, this is also not a difficult fix for someone with a bit of mechanical aptitude. Unfortunately, the advent of the brakes not working precludes a test drive, but once the brakes are working properly, you won't need me to tell you that it drives great. The regulator motors that raise and lower the windows in the rear doors failed some time ago, and despite the fact that I subsequently replaced both of them, it would appear that some slight redesign of the receptacle on the regulator for the "pin" that seats the window within it prevents it from sitting in the regulator firmly. As a result, rolling the windows up and down in the rear doors would often cause the windows to unseat from the regulators, which would require me to take the door panels off to re-seat them. This got to be a real pain in the hind end, and so I (reversibly) immobilized the rear windows in the "up" position. If someone is willing to figure out the issue with why the windows won't stay attached to the regulators, the immobilization is, again, reversible. The windows could conceivably function normally again. The regulator motors are, nevertheless, very recently replaced for what it's worth, and they, themselves, do function normally. Minor cosmetic dings about the area of the passenger side rear door. Not a major or mechanical issue, but mentioned in the spirit of full disclosure. With the issues above fixed (particularly #1 and #2, as #3 and #4 have no bearing on the mechanics of vehicle operation), this Jeep will very likely give any new owner a great number of miles of use! Aside from items #1 and #2 above, it runs and drives great! Miscellaneous: Comes with three (3) keys and four (4) remotes (Only two pictured). Price: Asking $3,500.00. Willing to entertain reasonable, non-insulting offers Notes:Despite the AutoCheck report's assertion that the vehicle has a lien on it, the title is free of liens and is clear for transfer.
