The goods: NEW timing belt, rollers, tensioners, water pump, Mopar Radiator, Serpentine belt & tensioner, fan clutch, & Mopar Radiator, [just under $3000 in parts and service] While sitting at the dealer getting everything done to the engine bay...We Pulled the transmission to get upgraded and overhauled: Transgo Shift kit and Sonax line pressure booster installed when valvebody and all internals were serviced ($2100) This wasn't just rebuilt, but fully upgraded to handle over 600ft/lbs of trq ! With a Billet torque converter from Suncoast. NEW Suspension all around. "Rockfather Deluxe" OME with HD rear upgrade. (2.5" lift with upgraded A-Arms, Springs, Shocks, mounts, & bushings) NEW Mopar Towing kit installed (only 300 miles of towing with this, and it does surprising well, but I'm looking at a bigger boat, so I picked up a bigger tow vehicle) BFG KO 's (x6) that's right! two spares! Keep these rotated evenly, and you wont need to buy tires for 140k miles! Paid $1600 for the wheels and tires. They are the best of the best. only a few months on tires, basically brand new Kenwood Excelon 994 Professionally time-delay adjusted each speaker for the driver Green Diesel Engineering Eco-tune (we did 29mpg driving to San Diego !) I get 20 MPG City and the wife gets 23 MPG (i must have more fun than her) Rockers were replaced @ 99k, everything was done by the dealer (except the machine work, that was done by a race shop in Long Beach) and I have records of all the work. These are known to break the rockers if the propper oil wasn't used along with the stupid EGR that pumps crap into the motor. With the ECO tune and new rockers, the motor wont have these defects any more. After break-in, ONLY Shell Rotella T6 has been used with NAPA Gold oil filters. (keep this up, and she'll make it to 300k/mi, easy) ... any questions? just shoot em over. Major Service history (other than oil changes).... 86k Transfer case, front/rear differential and transmission flushed. New shocks (OME) F&R New springs (OME) F&R New bushings New extended bump stops New Rocky Road Upper A-Arms w/ greasable Ball joints 123k Gates Timing belt Graf Water Pump (metal impeller) Serpentine Belt & Tensioner Thermostat Radiator Fan Clutch Transmission Torque Converter Things to note: CV on the driver side tore 100miles after replacing it. this was caused by not waiting for the lift to settle before replacing it. The CV was rebuilt about 6 months ago when the Suspension was upgraded. I was told by the shop that I should have waited to rebuild the CV in a few months, to give the new taller springs time to settle, but i was impatient. You can get a new Axle for under $180 with a lifetime warranty, and just swap them out whenever you have and issue :-D. The bumpers could use a coat if bumper paint or sanded and sprayed with truck bed liner. (I know someone [a pro] that will do it cheap if interested) A scratch on the passenger rear panel from a street sign.(see pic) Email me for a full copy of the Carfax report It's %100 clear and shows Dealer visits. Stock Liberties NEED all the mechanical upgrades or they will break down and you will understand why Jeep stands for JustEmptyEachPocket. I have owned the jeep for a very short time and have over 17,000 invested in it with service and upgrades. It's very rare to find one of these that has been taken care of properly and with all the upgrades I have. I planned on keeping it forever. My Loss, your gain.
