This Jeep was originally an Air Force officers jeep from McChord Air Force Base. I bought it about 3 years ago and was planning on building it into my wheeler. It was all stock except for wheels and tires. It has no oil leaks, and has very minimal rust for having been on the pacific coast most of its life. Unfortunately I am starting a new business and need some capitol so I'm going to sell my baby.The jeep has the GM 151 Iron Duke 4 cylinder with a Borg Warner SR4 four-speed transmission, and a Dana 300 transfer-case. I was planning on putting a Buick L67 3.8 supercharged V6 with a 4L65E transmission in it, all on a new frame with a Dana 60 and 14 bolt under coil-overs.I have put a new clutch in it, a new radiator from a YJ along with an electric fan, and rebuilt the Webber carburetor along with a tune up and a new electric fuel pump and pressure regulator. I put new u joints in both drive-lines when I replaced the clutch. Axles, transmission, and transfer-case are all stock with new oil in the last 500 miles. The soft top is new with in the last year and I put on the red tailgate because the original was really thrashed. I added a 2 inch shackle lift to clear the 35x13.50r15 Toyo M/T tires that were under it. It now has a set of new Maxxis Bighorn 235/85R16 tires on it. The Buick L67 3.8 supercharged V6 and 4L65E transmission both have around 90,000 miles on them. I have all of the computers and wiring harnesses, on which nothing has been cut, and I would be willing send all of it with it for $1,400I would be willing to leave the 50 inch rigid light bar on for an extra $900.I also have a new Throttle Down Customs mandrel bent frame for it that I would include for an extra $2,000 I also have a set of brand new staz-works 17x10 8x6.5 double bead-lock wheels that I would be willing to sell for $2,000.The winch and bumper I'm going to keep for my next rig someday down the road. For $8,000 you are getting just the jeep, but if you send me a best offer for $14,000 you can have everything that I have for it. I bought this jeep more than a year ago and paid to have it transported here to finish resto .I mostly bought a project which had the tub replaced and frame sandblasted and painted by previous owner. lots of things replaced including, wipper motor and linkage, speedo, heater controls, new top and doors, new exhaust and manifold, new carb and HEI dist, clutch, alt, horn, wiring engine and rear, rear brakes, steering dampener, nerf bars, and alot more. Enough to say that I have over $10,000 into it. Is it a show car? No its a daily driver! there is a few flaws like a small dent above ft left fender guard size of a .50 cent piece. And a few scratches around door openings etc. The four wheel unit works fine and it starts right up-love that 4.2...The steering column has been professionally shortened 4 inches and the drivers seat frame moved back apprx 4 also. I'm 5'9 and fits me perfectly.I did not change it over to power steering or brakes as it handles so well I didnt need it done- Im 60 yrs old and if I can steer it anyone can. Remember it is a jeep and she is old school but so nice to have something simple again. This jeep is driven just about every day rain or shine. I just adopted some kids so I need more room though they love it-time to change it up! I have a walk around video of it if you are SERIOUS try to send me your email- and sorry I don't have more pics. The interior is stock vinyl seats and both top and bottom of floor pan has ben tough guard coated- no rust! Will answer all questions and may consider partial vehicle trade if it works. It uses a modified Dana 20 transfer case to power all axels or any combination of them, it has turning brakes and auto trans turbo 400 ! It also hold 30 gals of full. Really fun and attention-getting. It has implement tires for off road use, it also comes with six extra tires + spare , nice top with back seat.
