Needs all tires Has good matching title. Will need a new rear pto belt drive gear box I hAve the old one. But the cast is cracked and apart. For many years I think if b you knew a good welder that weld cast iron. And a machinest that can make a new gear or a set of Small gears you may be able to rebuild the gear box you c a new find used one I have guy th at will be getting one. In the next few weeks the body is not rusted out no floor patchs at all had its dents etc. .it seems. Like there not a  3  Rd gear it. Acts like there not a slot there. I'm not sure the story on that.    WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING AT LEAST. ALL NEW TIRES.  PLUG WIRES.  POINTS.   BRAKE HYD PARTS.    SPEEDO DOESNT WORK.  Needs new water pump it leaks     update. 01 29 17.   The optima 6 volt battery goes with the Jeep.      AND IM SURE OTHER REPAIRS AND PARTS NEEDED. I am selling my custom 1973 CJ5 which I have owned for 23 years. The jeep originated out of Arizona where the original ground up restoration was done. I have never encountered another CJ5 I would rather own. This jeep is always garaged, never been in the river, and totally pampered over the years. It's fuel injected 350 makes it fast and its custom wide axles make it stable and fun to drive at high speed. I have over 50k invested over the years and hate to see it go but it time for a new home! 1974 JEEP CJ5 4x4 Straight Inline 6 258 3 Speed Manual Our family is growing and so it's time to sell my toy. Feel free to schedule an appointment to do a walk around before bidding if you want to see the Jeep in person (Omaha, NE). Great classic Jeep CJ5 that rides nice and shifts perfect. You'll get looks and conversations everywhere you go. The electrical (PAINLESS Wiring Harness) has been completely re-ran by TORC Motorsports in Omaha, Nebraska so all the lights work and work correctly. All the cabling has been run inside the tub for protection. New LED tail lights and LED reverse lights. Brand new front bumper (DIRTWORX) that has been primed and coated. New reverse shackle kit front and rear which makes for a safer ride on the streets. Brand new bikini top. I have soft doors that work, but the skins are older, as well as the full soft top frame and top. It will need a new soft top if you plan on using it during the winter. The tub has been rubber coated, as well as the undercarriage. Complete steering system replacement, including gear box and hoses, also completed by Toby at TORC Motorsports. Straight 6 (258) runs great. I have brand new low back original style seats to install, just haven't done it. Also have, in the box, fender flares that I never put on. I liked the look how it is. No rust on the body that I can see on the steel tub. Paint was done in the last 5 years and motor was gone through by the previous owner.
