1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0L 4X4 - Gold /Tan This is the best running truck I have ever owned! It goes through any weather and any terrain. I have enjoyed ownership of this truck as much if not more then the 30 something cars I have had in my life. It is good for hauling things around or just as a daily driver. The 4 wheel drive system works great through the snow! These tires cut through just about anything! I recently replaced the battery, battery cables, and starter this winter after it sat for a few months of not being used. Brakes are no more then 6k miles old. 31" Goodyear Wrangler Tires were new when I got the truck and now have 8/32" in the rear and 12/32" on the front. I also just completed the tie rod end at the pitman arm a few hundred miles ago, along with a 4 wheel alignment. The rear tail lights were updated and I painted the front and rear bumper with bed liner spray. The truck came to me with the current lift, 15" black wheels and 31 X 10.5" tires. It would appear someone spent some money to give it this fantastic look. It also has Blue Fog lights in front bumper as well as Pro Comp Lights mounted on the steel bumper. I added Faux black leather seat covers on the front and have the rear covers as well, never put them on. The few things that need attention are the A/C system inop, wiper squirter inop and leaks oil, among other fluids, but otherwise I have been keeping up on the minor fixes that have been needed. Despite the miles, this truck has been reliable and tons of fun! It gets lots of looks and drives amazingly straight down the road. It is a bit loud, but if you are into that, this is the truck for you! The 4.0L straight 6 is one of the best running engines ever produced and will literally run forever if maintained. I have done regular oil changes despite low miles being put on the truck. Some oil has been added between oil changes due to the leaks but never had any issues.
