1995 Jeep Cherokee, four door, four-wheel-drive, automatic, new crate engine still under warranty. Odometer currently reads 132,005.2 (may increase), had 127,115 when engine was replaced. Extensive work has been done to mechanicals, but the body does have some scratches & minor dents (see pictures).Rust removed from frame. After the frame was fixed, a 'sister' frame was welded onto both sides of the original, also known as a XJ frame stiffener. This is an awesome vehicle that is simply too small for our needs, so we are going to sell it and buy a Grand Cherokee. The dealer has offered a trade, but it's too low, so it's available for private sale. We paid $38,275 (includes tax, title, tag) back in November, 2014. You can buy it new for about the same, or buy this one for a lot less. It has almost 13,000 highway miles on it. (Back and forth to Denver and CA.) Non-smoker, no children, no pets, no wrecks. We had two warranty items taken care of: windshield was not installed correctly by the factory, so the Jeep dealer installed a new one. The rear tailgate was off center from the factory, so the local Jeep dealer had it fixed in their body shop. That's the sole extent of things that have been wrong with it. The Trailhawk is a great off/on road vehicle. We drove it in the snow and did not get stuck. We live on a dirt road and have had absolutely no problems in snow, mud, ice, etc. Look around and you will find these to have great reviews. If you are purchasing from out of state, you will need to make a wire transfer before delivery, or use VISA/MC or pay cash.
