I bought it last year for 8,000 and then put over $2,500 into it, so someone is going to get a deal at under 9,000. -it's lifted 4inches with 5new BF Goodrich Tires that were professionally set out 2" for a nice stance and more stability on the trails and the highway. Has a nice solid metal front and back end, a great LED lightbar on top, and some other nice extras like a Pioneer stereo. I Put all new plugs, wires, battery, flushed tranny, etc, And Everything works great. Has the hard top on it now, but comes with a soft top for next Spring. Could use a new set of full doors, as it has half doors on it now with plexiglass full panels. But I've got that reflected in the asking price. I've hunted and hit trails with this jeep, so it has the minor scratch here and there, but also got on the highway everyday as a daily driver and loved it. Sad to see it go, but I've got to get something more practical for a baby. 1980 JEEP CHEROKEE CHIEF WIDE TRACK TWO DOORAMC 360 AUTOMATICSELECTABLE 4WD LOCKOUT HUBS78K ORIGINAL MILES With its original 78,000 miles and 35 years of age, this Cherokee is an excellent example of how well these Jeeps were made. The AMC motor starts and runs great while all other mechanical features work as they should. This model does have facory A/C which appears to work but could possible use a charge as it does not blow extremely cold. This is an original Arizona Jeep and wasn't moved into the Midwest until the early 2000's making this Cherokee virtually rust free. I have searched for rust and have only been able to find a small spot in the drivers floorboard and the rear fender flares have some rust bubbles through the paint but are still solid. The electric rear lift gate window goes up and down as it should but is slow. No noticeable major signs of body damage or evidence of major previous body repairs.The motor has an aftermarket intake, carb and an electric fuel pump. All else appears to be 100% original. This is one of the few models from this era that has manual lockout hubs and selectable hi/lo 4wd with the shift lever beside the drivers seat. Fourwheel drive works as it should. Transfer case shifts easily. The automatic trans shifts and goes through the gears as it should but does have a pan leak which is the only noticeable leak on the entire drivetrain. No mechanical issues are known as this is just an overall tight drivetrain.The only known issues on this Cherokee are as follows: No door panels, drivers seat and console are ripped, the drivers front window needs to be reattached to regulator, the top of the grill is missing, one headlight is loose, side marker lamps are not installed, original foam dash is cracked, vent window weatherstrip is cracked, transmission pan leaks. Cosmetically this Jeep is not perfect but I am listing every thing I know so there are no surprises. Please ask any questions. Clear Oklahoma title ready to transfer upon completion of purchase. 2014 Jeep JK-8. This is a conversion of the Unlimited 4 Door model into a 2 Door Jeep Truck. I converted the Jeep in March of this year and just finished all the upgrades I wanted...and then got engaged and found out I was moving all within two weeks of each other. Unfortunately, a truck will not fit my needs anymore. As you can see this Jeep is anything but stock. Starting from the ground up, I put 35x12.5R17's BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires on 17x9 Mickey Thompson Classic III wheels. To make sure I had proper gearing for the bigger tires (the stock 3.73 gearing isn't enough when you upgrade to 35 inch tires) I installed 4.56 gears. It now runs as it should on the road and will be able to run offroad without dragging. Also, to make sure the new tires would fit, I put on a 3inch ProComp lift. I put on Smittybilt rocksliders, interior door guards, handle grabs, and quick release bolts to make taking the top off a breeze. In the bed of the newly formed truck, BulletLiner lined the bed for protection and a nice look. It has the sun fading protection so should stay the same color for quite some time. Moving to the front of the Jeep, I put on a Rock Slide Engineering front bumper and a Warn 8K Zeon synthetic rope winch. For the normal Jeep features...It has power windows, power locks, CD, Bluetooth, cruise control, Tire pressure monitoring, Oil monitoring, compass, outside temperature gauges, and a leather wrapped steering wheel. Bumper to Bumper Warranty - it's covered for another 2 years under the factory warranty or another 27,000 miles. The conversion was done by the local jeep dealership (I can provide details of which dealership if you buy it) and completed in March so any issues with the conversion itself would be covered through them. It's killing me to have to sell this, I absolutely love it. The only additional thing I was going to do was to bulletline the entire jeep. With this in mind, there are a few scratches. Please don't email asking if I'll take thousands less than what I have it listed for, but if you are looking for a steal (compared to the others I have seen on Ebay and elsewhere online) you have come the right place!
