The bad: carburetor need adjustment to stop backfiring/pop noise when driven. it has a Encore M151 body kits, (but well-known for its thick 14 gauge steel) 1998 model year on title I have a hard time transfer it to my name cause GA does not allow it to be street legal. VIN might not be searchable because of this Jeep Encore body kits. If you are willing to jump thru the hoops and get it done, you can. Some states are easier.
