I have had tons of emails asking about having the Jeep towed! This Jeep has had an electrical draw since new. It has had 3 owners and over 91,000 miles of driving since WITH the issue! I would not hesitate to drive it cross country! The electrical draw is after sitting for 7 days without running it. And even then a simple jump will start it every time! I have had several offers in the $13,000s but will take take that big of a loss. After running it twice I am firm at $14,200. We want to be completely upfront about it. The problem seems to be in the electrical system. Since owning it we have noticed if it sits for 7-10 days the battery is dead. Several other previous services are for the same electrical system issue. It seems to have had it since new, but the previous owners have driven it for over 90K miles! We have personally driven it daily and never had an issue with starting it. Only when it sits for a week or more without driving it. We have replaced the battery, door latch, lock and ECM. We are not a Jeep dealer and do not have abilty to diagnose this issue, so we are BLOWING IT OUT! We want to be 100% upfront about the history on this vehicle. We WILL be selling it for THOUSANDS under book value. Besides the electrical draw issue, this vehicle needs nothing. Our service department did a complete inspection and setup. New idler pulley, battery, front axle u-joints, and a set of almost new take off 17" wheels from a 2012 Wrangler Sahara. The front brakes are only about 10% worn and the rears are about 30% worn. This vehicle was completely inspected and setup for our retail lot. We just can figure out the electrical draw.
