This Jeep drives absolutely great, No shakes or road wobble and will drive down the road at 60mph without any problems.. The performance of this motor has more power that the 4.0l in the newer jeeps. The fuel injection is a must have feature also for a daily driver like this jeep. I will do my best to describe this jeep to the best of my abilities. first is the paint, It was done by a professional auto body shop and is not some rattle can paint job, However there are some chips here and there from being driven because this jeep is built to drive not just for looks like so many others out there. The inside of the tub has been lined with bedliner, also by a professional shop.   This is a fuel injected 258 with new belts New altenator, New power booster, New radiator Offenhauser intake,TBI, Borla header,(work done by very respected well known precision engine builder Wayne Calvert in denton). Engine sounds great, good performance sound like a v8 the rest of the jeep 81 Laredo with no frame or tube rust. T176 4 speed trans mated to a dana 300 transfer case(Twin stick). 4.5 inch rancho lift with new energy suspension bushings. 35 inch BFG mud terrains 90%tread, 15x10 eagle alloys, paint and decals New, New heavy duty shackels with new bushings, Dana 30 4:56 gears detroit locker, AMC 20 with a custom built beefy axle truss ,New brakes on front,new goodridge steel brake lines, procomp locking hubs, new steering box,steering box support bar, New best top seats, New Besttop soft top with zip out windows, custom half doors with soft uppers Rancho 9000 shocks, New roll cage Painted red, ORIGINAL excellent shape center console. Custom tube fenders Custom rock sliders Warn Rear swing out tire carrier/bumper Led Tail lights Blue torch fab rear heavy duty diff cover swing out tire carrier High lift Jack CB and firestick antenna Hood louvers for improved cooling. Many offroad lights including a 50" light bar. Warn front bumper with winch wheels are plastidipped black and can be removed. some of the items listed above are within the last couple of years and may show wear but still great mechanical condition.
