This is an AWESOME vintage plow Jeep ! Everything works on this baby as it has been well taken care of. Originally from Erie, PA, I acquired this Jeep a few years ago and have used it on my property only. Never off-road. A great piece of Jeep history!. Can be registered as a historical vehicle. Dauntless V6 ('65 was the first year for this engine in a CJ) has a brand new Rochester carb. She also has a new exhaust and rebuilt tranny and brakes. (Have receipts). Meyer steel hard top and 6 ft power angle plow have been rebuilt as well. Plow has a removable gravel/lawn guard. Hardtop looks brand new and has locks with matched keys. There is a 4" lift on her for the five 31X10.50R15 Wild Country MTX tires (good tread) with Kaiser hub caps (looks great)! T86 3 speed manual tranny with twin stick Dana/Spicer transfer case. Has a working factory heater/defroster with a 60,000 btu auxillary heater under driver's seat. Fuel tank relocated to rear of vehicle and wheelwell notched for better leg room up front. Sunpro temp, oil pressure and voltmeter gauges with a vintage Sun Tech V6 tachometer. Am/Fm/CD stereo. Top has new rubber on all glass, new window cranks, new locking door and hatch handles keyed alike with new paint. New windshield, new exhaust, new clutch and linkage. Has trailer hitch as well as a pintle hook. Absolute turn-key and drive vehicle. Have many spare/extra parts including grill, hood, factory radio, etc. (to much to list). Body and frame solid with no major issues but Jeep could use new exterior paint as it is peeling and starting to rust in spots (no holes). Also could use a front end alignment as she is beginning to wander while cruising down the pavement. This vehicle is currently registered and insured in New York State. This Jeep is sold as-is. Purchased this 'lil Jeep several years ago and shipped it from Washington state to upstate NY. Have loved it ever since. Hate to sell this and my other Jeep listed, but am planning a move and can't take all my toys with me. This Jeep has been built by/with some of the best names in Off-Road engineering, such as Advance Adapters, Novack Enterprises, Walck's 4WD and Olympic 4WD (have all reciepts). Comes with a lot of spare parts, etc. if interested. Eveything works on this baby, there are no major issues at all. Very reliable both on and off road. Has a Warn overdrive for the highway, welded-in full roll cage, Warn 8,000 lb. winch, Super Swamper radial tires X5 with a custom built rear swing-out tire carrier. Rancho lift. Ride is comfortable with Baja-style bucket seats and upgraded guages. She has a throttle lock, line lock and a working heater. Rear pumpkin is a Dana 44, front is a Dana 30 with 5.38 gears and Front and Rear lockers. It sports an 11 inch brake conversion, new clutch and Painless Wiring. T-18 four speed tranny. There's an on-board air compresser with an in-line air tank built into the rear bumper. The tub has been reinforced and the frame boxed in. This Jeep also has an aluminum radiator as well as a GM tilt steering column and GM power steering. Comes with a set of soft half doors and bikini top (very rare to find these for a Jeep of this age). Powered by a "81 Buick LeSbre 4.1 Liter V6. Has a CJ3A windshield frame for more head room (if new top is bought, will need a CJ3a top for proper fit). Appraised and insured for $15,000.00 Nothing needs to be done to his Jeep as she is a very sound and reliable 'lil vehicle. She has just the right amount of "patina" not to have to worry about sctratches, etc. while off-road. However, if you are looking for a show winner, a fresh coat of paint and a new soft top are all it needs to get her on a magazine cover. Sold as is so please ask questions.
