This 1954 Willys M38A1 Jeep is in overall good condition. The Jeep is turn key and very road worthy. I have personally driven it over an hour one-way without any issues. We are selling this for a friend who recently had our shop service it. The Good: This Jeep is clean. 0 Rust. 100's of New Parts The body has been repaired and updated, but still has the character of the original Jeep. 134 F Head Engine that runs very well. T90 Trans Dana 18 Transfercase 4x4 works perfect. We recently rebuilt the steering box and the Ross Cam system is about as tight as we could get it! Nice seats/"interior" (i.e. seat belts, canvas covered seats, tool box lid, etc.) New GM One wire alternator Complete and Reliable 12 volt conversion Updated Factory Style Exhaust Good cooling system 100% Road legal for PA Good Rubber and aftermarket wheels Has all the factory cloth gaskets/dividers Electric Windshield wipers for everyday use Clear PA Title Needs Attention: Olive Drab Green Paint needs attention Some small detail pieces missing This is not 100% original. This Jeep was built to look the part, but have a number of modern conveniences to allow it to be driven with more regularity. It needs some detail work addressed, but would make a great addition to someone's collection or just a fun vintage iron ride! This is a really sharp Jeep for a 60 year old military piece and now it needs a good home! Currently stored in our shop in Conneaut OH, but it can be seen/test driven in Meadville PA if you prefer.
