Our stock # 163. Now offering this 1967, 4.2 liter, Series I E-type roadster that is a fully matching number car. The numbers are as follows: Chassis - 1E15778, Engine - 7E13773-9, Body - 4E7674, Gearbox - EJ15189. The car was owned by a local Jaguar enthusiast who was the second owner of the car, which was purchased in May of 1984, from the original owner R.F. The car came from the factory in the maroon color you see as well as the black interior. We have in hand extensive repair receipts. Hilltop Auto Stock # 167. Just in this fully matching number, 4.2 Liter, Series I, XKE roadster. This car came from the estate of a gentleman in Ohio. He had this E-type stored in his garage for 30 years. We just changed the oil and the filter. We also replaced the spark plugs, the spark plug wires, the points, the rotor and the distributor cap. With an auxiliary tank of gas the car started right up. We recommend replacing the gasoline that is in the fuel tank presently. The clutch slave cylinder was replaced and the car goes into gear and drives. The brakes will need going through. The original color of the car was in Opalescent Dark Green with the Suede Green interior. At least 30 years ago, the car was painted it in this "lovely" Lime Green color and it can be yours at "no extra charge". The interior of the car is in very nice useable condition. The seats have some patina, but still have a lot of life still left in them. The Tripex glass from new is even still in the car. The only thing we can find missing are the tools and the spare tire, but the spare wheel is still with the car. With very little work you could be driving around this summer in this truly 60's, eye catching color, E-type roadster." Since we ship worldwide, we can assist a buyer with locating a shipping company if needed. Transportation to the closest container port - Elizabeth, New Jersey is $400.00 If you wish to speak to someone about the car please call Dan at 001-781-630-0185.

Just in, this very desirable 1966, 4.2 open two seater XKE. We purchased this car from a fellow member of our local Jaguar Club which he bought in 1975 from a gentleman in California where the car originally came from. The car was used quite a bit during the 40 years that that the local Jag member owned it. When he could no longer get in and of the car, he contacted us to sell it. The car was registered and insured as of last week and runs and drives beautifully and it shifts into the gears smoothly. The engine sounds very good, there is no knocking or tapping that can be heard. The brakes work as they should and there is no overheating problem, that we can see. The paint on the car is very nice. The interior is a bit tatty from the frequent use, but can be used as is. The top on the car is not ripped, but the back window plastic is a bit foggy. The original engine for the car is lost, the 4.2 engine in the car now is from a 1966 E-type and the number of the present engine is not too far from the original engine number. In California it was quite common for the E-types to have the engines replaced, probably due to overheating. We have in hand a Jaguar Heritage Certificate for the car. If you looking a reasonably priced E-type roadster that can be driven right away, here is your opportunity without having to pay the restored E-type prices. We ship worldwide and can assist a buyer with obtaining a shipping company. Transport to the local port, Elizabeth New Jersey is $400.00. Any questions please call Ray at 001-617-838-3728 or Dan at 001-781-630-0185.
