This auction is for the purchase of a 2011 Jaguar XJL. Vehicle is being purchased by seller for the purposes of resale and to split the proceeds with the buyer of this transaction. A payment of $26,000 will be made today 12/1/2015 and directly deposited into seller's account. This is to be the only payment made for this vehicle and any additional expenses for the remainder of the transaction are the responsibility of the seller except for any income related taxes that may be due for the buyer's proceeds. The vehicle is to remain in the possession of the seller until the time of final resale. The Jaguar will be available for immediate resell and the expected turn around time is 1-2 weeks from receipt of vehicle. Seller agrees to keep in good communication with buyer and update buyer with status as needed. Once funds are received from resale, seller will deposit buyer's share into buyer's account within 48hrs.
