Story on vehicle, I am second owner. Original owner was a grocery owner. He advised he had purchased the vehicle in Austin, Texas after requesting a jaguar black on black. He advised me that the mileage on the car was mostly from driving it back to El Paso, Texas. He then advised he went through a divorce where he was awarded the listed vehicle, however, his ex-wife kept the car for numerous years in the garage refusing to give it back to him. This is evident in the hold the department of motor vehicle had accruing fees while he was not in possession of said vehicle. When he received the vehicle, it no longer had keys so I had to replace those. This is the reason for the true low mileage!!!! I know what I have, but cant keep the vehicle for personal reasons...

The doors open and shut properly and the power widows are in working order. The gauges work. The headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals are in proper working order. It has a/c but will need servicing.The floor boards and a few other spots have some surface rust (SEE PICTURES). This vehicle does run and drive but will need to be transported. I will try to describe our jaguar to the be of my knowledge. We have our beautiful jaguar XJS convertible up for auction. Here is the entire store. We bought this car are rarely drove it which is why the miles are so low. To our mistake, we left our car sitting in the garage for about 1 year without turning it on or driving it. Finally we got it started but thats when the problem began. The car starts and drives, but does have an idol to it. When driving and coming to complete stop, at times it will die, but will start back up with turn of key. We arent car mechanics so we arent sure exactly what happened or what it will require to fix. Has brand new battery and starts, but does carry this problem. Interior in nice condition and pretty solid. Exterior will need to be repainted due to sun damage. Very nice car and quick head turner. maybe just a tune up, but who knows. selling as is and all sales final. please ask questions before bidding. engine light stays on. will need a tune up. This car is being sold as one to be fixed up though doesnt seem like much is required. Please only bid if you plan on investing some more into it. Buyer is responsible for towing or pick up. I wouldnt trust driving the vehicle long distance. Come with everything you see in the pictures. convertible top and cover, wood grain dash and knobs. Nice high class vehicle.
