I am selling a 2004 International 4300. It is in good shape. We keep our vehicles maintained. I have a in house diesel mechanic. It has a new steering box, new simulators, 6 new tires, just had an alignment, just had an oil change, everything on the trucks works. I would drive it any where in the US with no thought. The ABS light is on. It needs the rings around the tires. I haven't fixed it because it does not affect anything. It has a air drivers seat and an on board tank to air up tires.
