Hello Everyone! My name is Rob and my Fiancé & I are relocating to Indianapolis, IN by the second week in August, as she is going for her Doctrine in Clinical Psychology at Indianapolis University. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to part ways with our 'LIKE-NEW' 2009 Hyundai Elantra GLS I-4 Cylinder, PZEV (Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle). The vehicle is absolutely stunning and would make a great first car for a son/daughter, or as a loyal & reliable daily driver. We will be sharing my car for the first year (sad to say). There is no open Lien, Vehicle has Clean Title, and has never been in an accident, EVER. Car Fax, Auto Check, or Car Fox can back that up. The vehicle has nothing but highway miles and is maintained religiously, as I am in the Auto Industry myself. Oil Change Intervals are completed roughly every 4,500 Miles with 5w-30 Castrol Edge Full Synthetic Engine Oil (same synthetic oil brand used by pristine European manufactures such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, etc.), Hyundai Premium Oil Filter, and BG Products: BG MOA Engine Oil Supplement Additive. My vehicle has never been modified, tuned, or tampered with by any Depreciating Aftermarket Upgrades/Parts. When my vehicle hit roughly 35,000 Miles, Hyundai of America replaced the OEM Factory Radio with a Brand New Updated OEM Factory Radio, as the original ate my CD's. On my vehicles 30k, 40k, and 50k maintenance interval I would religiously do a BG Products: BG EPR Engine Performance Restoration Flush, along with the BG Products: BG Air Intake System Cleaner & BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner Kit prior to Oil Change. I also add a BG Products: BG 44K Fuel System Cleaner additive in the Gas Tank. On the 50k mile maintenance I replaced ALL Front & Rear Genuine Hyundai Ventilated Brake Disk Rotors, I replaced ALL Front & Rear brake pads with EBC Ceramic Brake Pads, replaced all new Brake Hardware, and completed a BG Products: BG DOT 4 Brake System Ultra-Dry Flush, and topped it off with BG Products: BG DOT 3/DOT 4 Full Synthetic Ultra-Dry Brake Fluid. Brake lines are perfect and show no oxidation, rust, or rot. Brake pedal feel and Emergency Brake Pressure feels as if it was just sold New from Hyundai! When the Vehicle hit roughly 54,500 Miles I brought the vehicle to my Local Certified Hyundai Dealer to fix two minor national recalls, which I have a paper trail to provide the next lucky owner. For recall #1: Local Certified Hyundai Dealer replaced the ENTIRE Steering Column and System, giving it a proper Flush and topped off with BG Products: BG Power Clean Synthetic Blend Premium Power Steering Fluid; For recall #2: Local Certified Hyundai Dealer applied a 2-Step Anti-Rust/Anti-Oxidation/Anti-Corrosion to ENTIRE Undercarriage, finishing off with a 2-Day Underbody Sealant Curing Cycle. Recall #1 is covered by Hyundai of America for Lifetime of Vehicle/Unlimited Mileage; Recall #2 is covered by Hyundai of America for 12 Years/120,000 Miles (whichever occurs first). While my Local Certified Hyundai Dealer had my vehicle, they diagnosed and fixed the one and only check engine light that had been on and off earlier that month or so. This Intermittent code was caused by a common Technical Service Bulletin for this model year which was the Engine-Oil Control Valve (inexpensive part which is literally a 5 minute job disconnecting and reattaching a plug right outside the valve cover). They also did the Timing Belt Service which included a Brand New Timing Belt, Brand New Timing Belt Tensioner, Brand New Water Pump, All New Hardware, and All Brand New Accessory Belts. Since we did the Water Pump Job we also did a BG Products: BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner Coolant Flush and topped it off with New Genuine Hyundai Coolant Antifreeze. In the Coolant Reservoir I added a BG Products: BG Universal Super Cool Coolant Additive. Lastly, we did a BG Products: BG Quick Clean Automatic Transmission Flush, topping it off with BG Products: Full Synthetic ATF Automatic Transmission Fluid and BG ATC Plus Automatic Transmission Additive. All of the jobs that I have listed above stated for when my car hit roughly 54,500 Miles had been completed over the course of 18 days while on a 12 day family cruise, dropping my vehicle off at my Local Certified Hyundai Dealer on May 21st, 2015 evening time, then picking my car up fully completed and running strong on June 8th, 2015 afternoon time. Just to make certain that the car was in tip-top shape to either keep or legally & morally sell privately, we drove the vehicle down to Indianapolis, IN to look at some real estate on Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 around 2:00 PM (12.5-13 Hours & 832 Miles One Way), we maybe put a total of 200 Miles on it while down there, and then drove back on Saturday, July 4th, 2015 around 3:30 PM (putting on another 832 Miles). I filled up a total of 4 times round trip and still had 1/3 of a tank remaining when I arrived back, achieving 38 MPG Highway. Not once did the car give us any issues, no engine knock, no engine lights, no hesitation or misfires, no burning oil, etc. That is with us driving at 78-80 MPH on Cruise Control. I rotate the tires every 5,000 Miles and have no problem rotating them again prior to purchase. Easily and legally you can get through until the beginning of Winter Season, or until first snow fall. We use a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks or Hakkapeliitta RT's for Winter Season. Since the "Mrs.'s" drives the car daily, I daily rest it in our Temperature Control Garage set at 72 Degrees Fahrenheit All Year Round, Especially when Mother Nature is not on our side with the Snow & Rainfall, plus it gives me a few brownie points and I don't have to clean it off when snow falls! The vehicle is perfectly aligned and all struts, mounts, bushings, and wheel bearings are barely broken in. Everything in terms of Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance that Hyundai requires and recommends 100% HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. This vehicle deserves a good home as no dealer in the world would appreciate the TLC that I have shown this vehicle since the day I purchased it for my Fiancé. I put nothing but the very best into this car with the full intentions of keeping her for life. I truly hate to see this vehicle go, especially after all the time, money, and sweat that I have contributed to this vehicle. I have my price listed at $9,000 OBO, considering all of the Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance that I have listed above. I have a brand new set of windshield wipers still in the box and two keyless entry fobs, and two standard keys. I can also provide the Car Fax, Car Fox, or Auto Check upon purchase. It will show an above average score, 2 owners, and 0 accidents. The engine is literally bulletproof. I am more than willing to negotiate so dont be shy; I'm NOT a dealer! Again the vehicle MUST SELL BEFORE 2ND WEEK IN AUGUST 2015!! SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY!! Please Text or Call me on my Cell Phone for any further questions or to schedule a day and time to come see her! 1(five.one.eight) 275-8five0six
