Offered for sale is a 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha 4WD/AWD. This Hummer is Graphite Metallic exterior color with Ebony interior. This truck has been my daily driver until recently when I purchased a pick-up. I bought the truck new from Sewell Hummer in Dallas. I haven't experienced any mechanical issues and all maintenance has been done on a regular basis. It has just been detailed and has a fresh oil change. The Hummer has five new Falken Rocky Mountain ATS LT 315/75R16 tires with less than 5000 miles on them mounted on the Hummer factory rims. The truck has just over 120,500 miles on it (give or take as I am still driving it). I like these tires and this is the second set that I purchased from Discount Tire. When I bought the truck I had a jeep that I took four wheeling and thought one day I would like to do the same with the Hummer because it was Four Wheel Magazine's Four Wheeler of the Year in 2008. However, I have never had this Hummer off road. Alpha means V-8 power, something previous year model Hummers don't have. The standard engine in non-Alpha models is a 5 cylinder. If you are buying a Hummer, do yourself a favor and buy the Alpha. Here is what Four Wheeler Magazine states..."V-8 finally makes its way under the H3's hood in the Alpha model. Taking up residence in the engine bay is the OHV 5.3L aluminum small-block with 300 hp teamed up with the General Motors venerable 4L60 four-speed automatic." And..."Running away with the off-highway portion of our testing were the Hummer entries, the H3 just barely pushing the H2 aside in points. On paper, it was a no-brainer, but on the trail, the H3's capabilities really came alive." I did install a 2" Ready Lift in the front suspension and replaced the stock shocks with quality Bilstein brand shocks. I did this so I could run a larger tire without any rubbing issues. The Falken Rocky Mountain tires work and look great. There is one ding in the front bumper and a crack/split in the outer vinyl material on the side of the driver's seat. The seating surfaces are leather and were conditioned on a regular basis. The Hummer is loaded. So much so, I can't list everything so the last picture is the window sticker and dealer installed items.
