This auction is for a 2008 Honda Pilot FWD SUV with 98k miles. It is the "Special Value Edition" which has the cloth seats, Power windows and door locks, automatic transmission, air conditioning and satelite radio w/ CD player. It also has cruise control and the 3rd row seating. This car is in very nice condition. Starts, runs and drives excellently. Just serviced with oil change, 4 wheel alignment, new front brakes and near new tires. Cosmetically in good condition. Just had the interior completely steam cleaned however seats have some light stains. All door panels , dash and steering wheel are near perfect.Carpet is real nice, brand new OEM Honda floor mats. Paint is glossy and nice with some small scratches, scuffs and a very small dent or two as would be expected for a car of this age and mileage. The bottom of the car is clean and dry and free of any heavy corrosion or salt damage. This car does have a "rebuilt salvage" title. I purchased the car damaged a few months ago for my daughter to drive. She got a new job and couldn't wait for me to complete it so now I have an extra car. Although it was totalled by the insurance company, it was probably the lightest damaged salvage title car I have ever come across. I have been rebuilding cars for my family and myself to drive for 25 years so I have seen quite a few! Probably because of the year of car and the mileage. A lower value car will total with much less damage than a higher value car. This car was damaged in the front. The Carfax says it was involved in a rear end collision. The carfax also says minor damage with no airbags blown. I replaced the core support and the radiator and condensor with new parts. The grill was fine, the bumper support bar was fine, the headlights were fine and both front fenders were fine with no damage. The hood had a small dent in the front but I hate using filler and it is a black car so I bought a new hood. The front bumper cover had a small 3" tear in it and I don't like to repair them either so I bought a new one. No blown airbags, no broken glass, no drivetrain damage whatsoever. You get the idea. I have driven the car 500 miles myself and it drives perfectly. I have kept all of the parts that I replaced so you can see the extent of the damage if you would like. This Honda Pilot has been my daily driver for about 6 months, but I am selling because I purchased a minivan for more space. It is grey with grey fabric interior, equipped with a 6 cd changer, sunroof, and rear DVD entertainment system. sunroof. Options also include a luggage rack, remote start (aftermarket installed), and 4x4. It has 126k miles, but mostly highway as we have taken it on a couple road trips. Everything works fine, and the brakes have just been replaced with new rear rotors as well. Tires are nearing the end of their span, and the AC will need recharged. Both items are things I would be willing to do with terms of an offer. There is a stain in the rear hatch shown in pictures, It was there when I purchased the car.
