If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five to seven days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check, wire transfer, or cash-in-person. Checks must be paid payable to ‘Advanced Auto Brokers’. Paypal is generally not an acceptable form of full payment, however exceptions can be made, please contact us for details on this. We will not release the vehicle and/or title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait, nine (9) business days until the funds clear, for title. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. Bidder’s Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Storage Terms: Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for ten (10) calendar days and at nineteen ($19) dollars per day after that. Liquidated Damages: The only acceptable reason for cancellation is a misrepresentation of goods sold. Should this case arise, a local independent arbitrator will be summoned to satisfy all parties concerned. Failure to comply with terms will result in a $350 Sur Charge this pays for fees and for interest on the money tied up. Non-paying bidders will be reported to E-bay and the Credit Bureau!
