We purchased the vehicle from a family member (a Marine), who took excellent care of it, and it has been in a smoke-free, cared-for environment for it's existence. We just replaced the A/C system on 9 September (which is the only major documented concern on recent CR-V models, which was a design flaw). So you won't have to worry about it going out on you. It drives like an Accord, has plenty of space for five passengers, and a roomy trunk for everything else.
