2003 HONDA CIVIC SINighthawk Black 3 door one owner - low mileage - NO wrecks! excellent overall mechanical AND cosmetic condition! This car was bought new and carefully maintained by a single owner. It is in pretty amazing condition. Driven regularly until about two weeks ago when new car was purchased. Pictures already show how nice it is, so for this description I will mostly go into detail about the flaws. Car has the following issues - 1) Tires need replacing soon: one front tire has a small bubble, so at least this tire should be replaced before significant driving (just noticed this when taking photos so not sure if it has been there unnoticed or just developed in the last couple weeks; since tires are a big personal preference I don't want to spend money putting on tires the new owner might not want, but for safety reasons please do not ignore this!). 2) Windshield has a crack: diagonal crack from the upper right corner as seen from outside the car. A rock dinged the windshield on the highway a couple months ago and it developed into a long crack a little while after. Did not leak or anything going through the car wash, but should probably be replaced. Estimate was $300 for replacement, but new owner may have their own preferences for how to fix or who does the work. 3) Mechanical lock feature is not working on driver door (this just means you have to use the key in the lock to lock it up). The remote and the interior lock buttons work fine for the other two doors, just not the driver door. Estimate was $175 to install a new 'actuator' on that lock to fix it. Has been this way for a couple years with no change. Power windows, mirrors, and other features all work great. 4) Minor wear to interior and exterior - here is a thorough list: EXTERIOR - overall excellent, aside from needing a thorough washing and waxing, there is minimal wear to the exterior of the car. Some light scratches around the door handles on both sides and around the gas cap door. There are a few very small chips in the paint, one behind the passenger side rear window (much smaller than a dime), and a few very small dots on the hood. There are a few small surface dents with no paint loss, also dime sized or smaller, on the passenger side of the car, and one above the rear driver side tire. None of these are noticeable from five feet away, but can be seen close up. The headlight covers are slightly cloudy, and the chrome is worn away on the plastic strips under the windows on both doors. Also, the red SI logo on the rear door is missing some of the red paint. INTERIOR - overall beautiful shape. There is wear to the chrome on the end of the emergency brake handle, the upholstery has general light wear, the plastic is a little scuffed up inside the trunk compartment, and a few of the plastic clips on the rugs around the fold down seat and trunk area may be broken or missing (nothing that affects use). Upholstery looks great, header is tight and clean, and all lights, light covers, switches etc are present and work great. Pictures show interior both without mats and with mats in place to get an idea of condition. Car includes all original floor mats in good shape. Includes original remote and key plus valet key. Includes original dealer paperwork and manual (manual is missing the cover and the last 50 or so pages, will include them if I find them). Includes original spare tire, with jack kit and all accessories in original case. Buyer needs to pay at least $500 down via paypal within 24 hours of purchase, with the rest due within 7 days - cashier's check or paypal are fine. Pickup/arrangements requested within 7 days of purchase. Pickup in person or I will be happy to work with whatever transport service you care to use.
