Minor Wear and Tear: Small patch of dullness on rear drivers side passenger door that i'm pointing to in photo, Brand New Windshield replaced (because the old one was scratched a lot) in 2016 and all that is needed is some rubber trim to cover some exposed sections around window areas that is COSMETIC ONLY. A little bit of rubber trim can easily be purchased to cover that and is inexpensive. BRAND NEW WIPERS BRAND NEW BATTERY BRAND NEW BRAKES! On our last road trip we had those things done (Sept 2016) Ice cold air, Automatic windows all working. This car knows road trips! Its so reliable and comfortable. We always got the oil changes done and its been in the family since being purchased brand new. We will be moving and don't want to pay to ship it/bring it with us. We have other cars. Selling a 1997 Honda Civic DX Hatchback with 90K original miles!, This is a one owner car from day one and always serviced on time and when needed. This car has NO mods of any type and completely stock. The exterior of the car is overall clean, the passenger rear quarter panel has a little corrosion over the wheel well (see pic) other than that this car is clean!!!! The interior of this car is very clean and free of any major defects. There is slight wear on the driver seat bolster (see pic) other than that the interior is very clean. All the options function as they should with NO known problems. Mechanically the car is sound and runs and drives out well. The clutch is strong and shifts smoothly. The tires, brakes, and all mechanics work as they should! This car is being sold AS IS, where is, with NO guarantees or warranties of any type. The car has been completely rebuilt using only the best parts available at the time of the build which started in 2007. The car was a project of mine while I was in college and has since served its purpose. I currently work in the city and just really don’t have the time to fully enjoy the car as it should be enjoyed. It has been tuned by Jeff Evans and had made 430 HP. It is extremely fast and will get your heart pumping and adrenaline rushing faster than you can imagine. Under the hood is a plethora of parts with the core being a 04 K20 a2 engine that I bought from hmotorsonline, a credible JDM engine supplier. I bought the engine with about 30k miles on it and have since only put on about 10,000 myself. To help boost power there is a full Race Turbo kit which uses a Garrett GT 30 37R turbo to help get every one of those horses out of the engine possible. The only thing that I would like to point out is that I have the 5 speed transmission out of a Honda CRV to take advantage of the better gear ratio, and the gear selector alignment is off on 4th gear, not allowing you to shift into that gear. The fix shouldn’t be complicated. I have simply not had time to get around to it. The car has been washed and waxed more times than it has been driven. It has lived its life in a garage and has been meticulously taken care of. This car is perfect for anyone looking for a bit of a project and for some exhilarating Sunday driving.
