This Honda Accord is in EXCELLENT condition! I am selling this car for my 80-year old Mom ("ST") & Step-Dad ("GT"), who bought it new on 5/30/2003 at Southeastern Honda in Palm Bay, Florida. They traded in their 1997 Honda Accord, also a silver 4-door, on this car, which had 11 miles on it when they drove it off the lot. Then, 9 months later, they moved to Denton, TX, and drove the Honda there, arriving in Denton on 2/29/2004. During their 10 years in Denton, the car was serviced at Bankston Honda. Earlier this year in late April, they moved back here to Oklahoma City, where Battison Honda serviced it until now. They (ST & GT) took IMMACULATE care of this Honda! GT gave me his maintenance log for the car, this is EVERYTHING that they EVER did to the car! Its almost a 50 page Word document, you would NOT believe how detailed it is! If you are curious, I can email it to you, so you can see how meticulously this car was cared for! He even calculated how many miles per week/month they drove, and projected when the next service would be due, wow, I thought I was good at record-keeping, I can't hold a candle to GT! I will supply a copy of this log to the new owner. Also, I have a scanned copy of the window sticker in another Word document (don't have the original sticker), it shows that the sticker price was $20,460.00 for the car, and it is rated at 24 City / 33 Highway MPG, and according to GT, that's pretty much what they were averaging. Knowing them, this car has never seen north of 65 mph either! When it wasn't being carefully driven or serviced, this Honda spent most of its pampered life garaged, or at least under covered parking, it was hardly EVER driven in the rain, or even left out in the weather! As you can see from the pictures, this car is almost like new! Both of them are non-smokers, the car hasn't ever been smoked in, and my wife and I are about the only people who ever even sat in the back seat. According to the window sticker, the 4-cyl is a 160hp 2.4 Liter DOHC 16-Valve i-VTEC engine, with a 5 Speed Automatic Transmission with Grade Logic Control. I have only driven it for around 30 miles, it has a lot of pep, it felt like a V-6 to me, and drives like a new car. Anyway, I have 54 pictures of the car, including many of the engine, and underneath the car, to show what a rust-free, clean car this Accord really is, but I can only include 24 of them due to eBay's limits. I'll try to set up a site with the rest of them in the next few days, or I can email them to you if you want. It also comes with all the Owners Manual and all the other paperwork that was with it when new. The only thing that a new owner might do, is replace some or all of the driver door seal, as you can see in one of the pics, there is a small wear spot where GT got in and out of the car, and eventually wore a small tear in the rubber. The shiny thing is a dime, to show the size of the wear, which isn't very big. (Dime not included with the car sale, ha!) I touched up a few rock chips and door dings with the factory Honda matching paint, most are not very noticeable. The exception is the closeup of the front right hand corner, there are a few scrapes that are about 1/8" wide, and a few inches long, where some fool got them in a parking lot with a grocery cart, if I recall correctly. I touched them up, and from a few feet away, they aren't very noticeable at all. The factory jack is in the side panel, where Honda installed them new, and the spare is under the trunk mat, it doesn't look like it's ever been on the ground. Back to the service work, here's a quick summary of what has been done, not including very frequent oil changes (that were almost always done early!): 20110823 at 62,929: Power Steering fluid changed. 20110926 at 63,846: Secondary oxygen sensor bank 1 replaced. 20120130 at 65,748: 4 new tires. 20120420 at 67,840: New Starter. 20121004 at 70,626: Brake fluid flushed & bled; windshield wiper inserts replaced. 20130104 at 72,967: Valve adjustment & new gasket; basic tuneup including new spark plugs, and air filter; cabin pollen filter replaced, water pump replaced, along with all drive belts and new antifreeze and flush. 20130216 at 73,589: New Master Cylinder. 20131127 at 79,000: New battery; power steering flush with new fluid. 20140515 at 80,766: New Front brake pads, and rotors resurfaced. (most recent change, just about 800 miles ago.) 20141028 at 82,139: Airbag Inflators replaced (Honda recall, no charge.) Here's a couple of pages from the maintenance log that GT gave me, just so you can see what I'm referring to (I crossed out the name of the Service Advisor, didn't know if he wanted to be named on ebay): 071227 mileage: 39404 Completed Oil change.
