Condition Superb condition! One owner. Immaculate maintenance record and on-file with dealership. New Timing Belt in last 10k miles. A/C repaired last 5K miles. We used seat protectors on the back seats the entire 8 yrs we've owned it so they look new. The driver's seat is the only one that looks like its been used at all. No smoking ever. Front fender and radiator replaced after a minor rear-end in 2012. Had some A/C problems after that but took it back to Howdy Honda and got that fixed. Only in last month did we have some problems with losing charge and just had that repaired too. That is on file with Howdy Honda, Austin, TX and repairs are under warranty that would be honored at any Honda dealership nationwide should there be any more issues. Tires have 20K miles on them and still have 70K left on the pro-rated Michelin warranty. Just had the entire car detailed in prep for you to buy! Even the engine compartment looks better-than-new! It hasn't been driven since. I've found one 1cm ding on passenger sliding door and there is a 4-in barely noticeable scratch on the hood. Features Bought on the lot with all standard EX-L features including leather seats, moon roof, power everything. No entertainment system or nav.
