Up for sale is my Citrus Insight. I bought it last year my plans were to make it perfect but I'm selling my house this month and am losing my garage for the summer. It is a 2000 Insight and has a manual transmission. I put in a new drivers window regulator and just did a trans fluid change and did an oil change with Mobile 1 0w20 full synthetic oil. The car has 271,000 miles on it. This is a very rare car especially considering the Citrus Paint was only offered in the year 2000. There are no check engine or IMA lights on. I do have a large list of service records and was told by the previous owner that Honda did a warranty replacement of the hybrid battery. It does have A/C and a Block Heater installed and has an aftermarket CD player with an auxillary input. The car runs very well however there are a few things that I would fix to make it perfect. There is a small oil leak I believe it is coming from the rear of the engine. The drivers carpet is worn through in a couple spots (I will include a replacement carpet that I bought used but never installed). The transmission Up shifts great but grinds when downshifting into second and if you try to downshift into first without double clutching. And the paint could use a good buffing. The clear coat is still intact on the car and the paint is good it just could use a freshen up. It does have Bridgestone Potenzas that are nearing the end of their useful life. It is missing the tow hook cover on the front bumper and the passenger side spat needs to be painted as it is silver. Other than those issues the car is in good shape. It was serviced meticulously by the pervious owner/owners and will be a great gas saver for someone. Lifetime MPG is 57 Miles Per Gallon. I will even include the Original Window Sticker. I'm asking $3800 for the car and I just installed a new Optima Yellow Top battery. I have a spare trans that I could sell for a great deal along with the car. It has no grinds and shifts great.
