This is a 2010 Hino cab and chassis automatic . I had a shop work on it and they said it was the Turbo and put a new one on it for $2800. and it did the same thing. Then they said it was the governor that was stuck. It feels that to me but I'm not diesel mechanic.it wont go over 35 miles a hour I think the governor is acting up , but am not putting no more money in it so I am selling it as is where is. I can have it delivered for a fee or help you load. This is a $18,000. truck when it's running right.
